Arrested
Police arrest Williams for shooting two police officers in Ferguson. Attorney General Eric Holder:

Arrest
Griffith is arrested for criminal domestic violence after a dispute with his Teen Mom 2 co-star, Evans. The police report states that Griffith pinned Evans down and left a cut on her finger. He is released the next day.
Drug arrest, banned from mall
Security guards at Columbiana Centre mall call police after Roof asks employees at a shoe store and a Bath & Body Works about how many people worked at the stores, their closing times and when the employees typically leave, according to an incident report. Roof tells the police that he was asking questions because his parents were pressuring him to get a job. The officer asks Roof is he had gotten any applications from the stores and he said he had not. When asked whether or not he has anything illegal in his possession, Roof says “no,” however a search reveals an unlabeled white bottle containing orange strips, which Roof identifies as Listerine Strips. The officer, however, does not believe him and asked again. Roof says the strips are actually Suboxone, a schedule III narcotic for which he does not have a prescription. According to the FDA, Suboxone contains the active ingredient, buprenorphine hydrochloride, which works to reduce the symptoms of opiate dependence. The officer arrested Roof and had his 2000 Hyundai Elantra towed. He is banned from the mall for a year.
Pleads not guilty
Jones pleads not guilty to charges of rape and sodomy. Jones is charged with assaulting two women, who were able to identify him as the assailant. Jones’s attorney, Scott Cox:
We believe this gentleman is innocent and he’s been falsely accused, and he’s going to be found not guilty. We understand there’s video potentially in the hallway of the building where this allegedly occurred; also video out in the parking lot. We believe those videos will be exculpatory to Mr. Jones.
Charged with insulting Erdogan
Buyuksarac faces up to 4.5 years in prison on charges of insulting Erdogan. Buyuksarac posted a satirical poem (that criticizes Erdogan) on her Instagram site.

DUI arrest
Patton is arrested for DUI in Isle of Palms, South Carolina, and is released on $997 bond.
Burglary arrest
Vanilla Ice is arrested and charged with burglary and grand theft for allegedly stealing items from a vacant house near the location where he filmed The Vanilla Ice Project in Lantana, Florida. Police:
During the investigation, it was determined Robert Matthew Van Winkle played a role in the burglary and theft.
Assault arrest
Afroman is arrested for assault after he punches a woman who jumps up on stage while he is performing at a concert in Biloxi, Mississippi. Biloxi Police Department arrest report:
On 17 February 15, the Biloxi Police Department responded to a reported assault at the Kress Live Entertainment Venue involving Mr. Joseph Edgar Foreman who performs under the stage name Afroman. Mr. Foreman was arrested for Assault as a result of a Citizen’s Affidavit, booked in, and released after paying a 330 Dollar Bond.
Murder indictment
Hicks is indicted on three counts of murder in the shooting of three Muslim students, Deah Shaddy Barakat, Yusor Mohammad Abu-Salha, and Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha, during a dispute about a parking spot. Chapel Hill police and FBI continue to investigate the incident.
Soliciting prostitution arrest
Sapp is arrested for soliciting a prostitute and assault in Phoenix. Officials:
He was questioned and admitted involvement in the act of prostitution, but denied assaulting the females.
Murder charge
Knight is charged with murder and attempted murder due to his involvement in a fatal hit-and-run. He is held without bail. Knight’s attorney, James Blatt:
We feel strongly Mr. Knight did not do anything wrong in this matter. He was attacked by a number of individuals; that has already been corroborated by certain witnesses. He left the scene because he was in fear for his safety and life.
Diamond arrested
Diamond is arrested after allegedly stabbing a man at the Grand Ave Saloon in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. Diamond faces charges of reckless endangerment in the first degree, possession of a switchblade, and carrying a concealed weapon. Port Washington P.D. statement:
At approximately 11:15 p.m. on Thursday, December 25, 2014, the Port Washington Police Department responded to the Grand Ave. Saloon for reports of a stabbing. Evidence quickly gathered at the scene indicates a male, age 37, had stabbed another male patron and left the bar in a white SUV with his 27-year-old girlfriend. Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle and suspects and took both into custody.
Domestic battery arrest
Nash is arrested and booked on domestic battery charges after a tussle with his teenage son Tristen at Nash’s home in Florida. Family attorney:
The kid was out of control, and the father was defending his wife. I’m pretty confident we will have a resolution in the next couple of months.
Protesters arrested

Manning, is arrested for allegedly making criminal threats against ex-friend, Heller, via text and social media. The messages violate a mutual restraining order previously issued by a judge. Purported messages:

Arrested for robbery
Knight and Williams are arrested for robbery. The arrest stems from an incident in Beverly Hills on September 5, where Knight and Williams allegedly chased a woman down an alley and stole her camera. Lt. Lincoln Hoshino of Beverly Hills Police:

60-year-old retired municipal worker Emanuel Smith is arrested and part of the Horseshoe Casino is shut down after Smith says he is there to avoid his ex-wife, who he jokes has Ebola. Records show the comment:

Arrested for DUI
Bynes is arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs in Sherman Oaks, CA. A California Highway Patrol officer sees Bynes run a red light then stop in the middle of an intersection. California Highway Patrol spokesman Leland Tang:
She ran a red light and stopped in the middle of (a) T-shaped intersection. Our officer observed her, and she appeared under the influence. She was unable to complete field sobriety tests, at which point she was taken to our station.
Arrested for domestic assault
Taylor, Charlotte Hornets forward, is arrested on domestic assault charges at the Marriott at University Place in East Lansing, Michigan. Taylor is charged with one count of domestic assault, one count of assault and one count of malicious destruction of property. Taylor is released on 5,00 bond. East Lansing Police Department declines to release more details on the incident. Hornet’s statement:
