Clooney, Alamuddin engaged
People magazine reports Clooney’s engagement to Alamuddin, an Oxford graduate and British lawyer who shares the same passion as Clooney for campaigning for international human rights. After visiting her parents in Dubai in March, Clooney gets down on one knee to propose. Clooney presents Alamuddin with a 7-carat emerald cut diamond, ethically mined. Washington gives birth to Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha. According to reports, Washington hides the birth of her new baby from the media. The baby’s middle name, Amarachi means ‘God’s Grace’ or ‘Grace of God’ in the language of the Igbo people from Southeastern Nigeria.
Expecting baby boy
The country singer and his wife, Kelli Cashiola, announce that they are expecting a baby boy. Hayword and Cashiola use Lady Antebellum’s official Twitter account and tweet that the baby is due in September.

Will star in Home
Rihanna announces star role in the new DreamWorks film Home, her first lead role in a film. Rihanna plays a tomboy who help a group of aliens, that have taken over the world, called Boovs find a new home. Co-stars of the film are Jennifer Lopez and Steve Martin. Home is due to be released in theatres on November 26. Until then DreamWorks has created a 4 minute prequel titled Almost Home to the movie as a sneak peek.

In this mystery directed by Berg, a detective (Kevin Jones) tries to unravel the mystery of two young women responsible for an infant’s murder. Co-starring Diane Lane, Dakota Fanning, Elizabeth Banks and Laura Lippman.
I worked in broadcast journalism and print for a bit, in my early days. I just watched how the machine would take something that felt very thorough, exploring the nuances of a story, and then just chop it down to two minutes, 30 minutes before it airs. And then all the work that I did would end up on the floor.
Moved to care facility
Campbell is moved to a memory care facility in Nashville after dealing with Alzheimer’s for the past three years. Campbell’s wife, Kim Woolen:
There were five of us taking care of him and we were all completely exhausted. No one was getting any sleep and we were just struggling every second to keep him safe – we felt like it wasn’t safe anymore.

The ‘Once Upon A Time’ co-stars wed in Los Angeles, with thirty of their close family and friends in front of the sunset. The couple’s reception was outside in a courtyard with cactus and stone pathways. Guests enjoyed the cocktail style reception with Spanish guitar entertainment.

Barry has lived a very secretive life and the wedding was no different! Barry and Garry did not tell friends or family that the occasion was their wedding. It was a beautiful wedding and consummated their lifelong love affair. It’s a beautiful love affair that has lasted more than 30 years.
