Seacrest interviews Sulieman during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his character Nate’s death in Pretty Little Liars.
I knew for 2 weeks before it happened. I have to admit, I did tell my mom pretty quickly. I needed to give her the heads up that I was going to be dying. That I was going to be playing a bad guy, but I still had been raised right. It’s fine.
Seacrest interviews Thicke during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions about being a grandpa.
I like it. I’m doing well at it. His [Robin] baby with Paula [Patton] is quite fabulous. A little bit of a surprise so far, because Paula being gorgeously bi-racial and me being boringly Canadian Caucasian we were hoping for something a little deeper in the gene pool the kid might as well be Norwegian. He’s blonder than Ellen and has bright blue eyes, he’s quite gorgeous, but we’re thinking maybe something a little more exotic will kick in.
Seacrest interviews Abraham during On Air With Ryan Seacrets and about life after her show Teen Mom.
I just hope moving forward they can see who I am now. I would have done a lot differently, mostly with relationships. You know, with Sophia’s dad, with my parents, and I probably wouldn’t have fought so much on TV. I know that makes me look bad, but I’m open and honest, and that’s just what I wanted to do to help others. It’s going to be a great finale of it and I think it was a great show while it lasted with us, and I’m happy to move forward. Cameras will probably still be in my life moving forward, but I’m just happy that I get to show the older side of me now.
Seacrest interviews Mama June during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks her about Honey Boo Boo’s TV career.
When Alana says I don’t wanna do any more TV, I don’t wanna do any more pageants, we’re done. We go back to our regular life. Sugar Bear still works seven days a week, the kids still go to school and we live our lives normally.
Horan announces a third date added to One Direction Tour.
We are going to be coming back and we’re playing a third date at Staples Center on Aug. 9. We’re super excited, we love coming to LA. California’s just a great place. We’ve obviously spent a lot of time there recording and doing shows there too. So, it’s good to always come back. When we heard that a lot of people wanted us to come back we said, “Let’s do another show.”
Seacrest interviews Diddy during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asked him about his Labor Day Weekend plans.
I’m out in the Hamptons right now, and then I’m on my way to Vegas. I have an event in Vegas on Saturday at the Paris Hotel. So, I’m just going with the flow really. I’m just sipping on a Bellini and having a margarita pizza right now, going against my diet,” he admits. Then adds, “Of course I’m going to go see the movie ‘Lawless’ for the 10th time.
Seacrest interviews Pollari during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about when he found out he got cast in the film The Inbetweeners.
I was sleeping, actually. He called and I very groggily answered the phone and he [the producer] said, ‘Hey, do you have a moment? I said, ‘Yeah, I absolutely do!’ And he let me know about the part and I was not asleep anymore, I was fully awake.
Jepsen performs Joni Mitchell cover of Both sides during On Air With Ryan Seacrest.
Seacrest interviews Gorga during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her single I Just Wanna.
I’m really excited about this one. I love it, it’s my absolute favorite. I think I have a hit here. There’s a male vocal that comes in on it I’ve been looking for an opportunity to do something where a male vocal would come in. His name is Santino Noir, he’s amazing, I think the world’s going to love him. It’s a great song, I’m so excited about this one. I just shot an amazing video for it that’s going to be released next week. So, I’m just excited about the whole thing.
Seacrest interviews Thomas during On Air With Ryan Seacrst about who he wants his band to collaborate with.
It seems like that has come up a lot in conversation with us. I know Snoop Dogg came up a couple times on this record bringing in a rapper to do a verse, just because we’ve never done it. So, aesthetically that might be interesting.
Seacrest interviews Harvey during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and about his inspirations for his book.
My daughters were bringing home these deadbeat boys and I was meeting these guys and in 30 minutes I was shooting them down. My daughters were going, ‘dad, why did you ask him that?’ I said, ‘because you should have asked him that, you have every right to know this type of stuff.’ So, they kept going, ‘Well dad, how do you know all this?’ I said, ‘Look, I’ve been a boy, I’ve been a young man, I’ve been a man, I’ve been all this. So, if you’re sitting in my house and you’re 26…I already know what you’re thinking and where you should be and I’m not going to let some little loser, bum, kid, boy, walk out of here with my daughter. I ain’t going to let it happen.
Seacrest interviews Hart during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and about why he didn’t rehearse for his VMA performance.
For me, not long at all. Because I do what I want. They say, ‘Kevin stand here.’ I say, ‘No, I’m going to stand there.’ And they say, ‘Okay.’ Because I’m a big deal.
Seacrest interviews Leakes during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and about her role in The New Normal.
I play a character called Rocky, she’s one of the gays guys secretary. She’s outspoken, she uses her boss’s credit card without his knowledge, she’s funny, she’s lovable, and I think all the viewers are going to love me in the end. I’m having a great time. I’m so proud of the cast of ‘The New Normal,’ we have great people over there. We have Ellen Barkin, Justin Bartha, and Andrew Rannells. It’s going to be a really great show.
Seacrest interviews Ryan during On Air with Ryan Seacrest about who her mentors are.
At the end of the day, I haven’t really had a mentor and I’m okay with it. I have my mom and I have a great team of people around me. They tell me what’s cool and what’s not cool sometimes I listen and sometimes I don’t.
Seacrest interviews PSY during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and about his single Gangnam Style.
Gangnam is a certain territory in Korea, the spot is noble in daytime and going crazy at nighttime. So, I just described about a lady and gentleman who’s noble at daytime and going crazy at nighttime.
Seacrest interviews Brown during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about choosing Katie Holmes to work with for her cosmetic line.
She epitomizes the modern Bobbi woman. She’s a classic, natural beauty, entrepreneur, and mother. When I met her I thought she was a natural fit and I felt and instant connection.
Seacrest interviews Thomas during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his possible collaboration with Celo Green.
There was a song that I wrote for Cee-Lo and it turns out it never got to him, he had never heard it. Then when he finally did, he fell in love with it. So, we had talked about if I ever do something solo, maybe doing that song with him coming on and singing it with me.
Goulding performs Lights during On Air With Ryan Seacrest to promote her album Halcyon.
When we released it in the UK, which was a while ago it was the 6th or 7th single from my album. So, it was kind of at the point where I was ready to write a new album anyway. So, I didn’t put much into it, then all of a sudden it was like ‘Lights’ is on the radio a lot in the US and that was it, it started it rolling.
Seacrest interviews Cowell during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the new American Idol judges.
They [the judges] are really good. You’re going to see a different side of Britney, I didn’t know much about her before we did the show but she’s really good and she’s mean! She says no to everyone. She’s quite hard to please. She kind of freaked out, like all of these girls do the first day,” Simon said. “She got nervous, but I spoke to her and she was fine.
Seacrest interviews Goulding during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her album Halcyon.
Even in rehearsals I felt myself welling up a little bit, not that my last album didn’t. But these songs in particular are really emotional and they mean a lot to me, they’re about very personal things. It’s a good thing though, I think. If it provokes that kind of emotion in me, then hopefully that will be the same on the people.
Seacrest interviews Spears during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks her if it will be hard to say no to contestants of American Idol.
There were the ones that would come on and they really thought that they had it. You could see it in their eyes how believable they were about it. It’s just really hard and it would break your heart to tell them no.
Seacrest interviews Lively during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and about her secret to happiness.
I’ve never been happier in my life, because happiness is a choice. You have to wake up every day and say, ‘There’s no reason today can’t be the best day of my life.
Seacrest interviews Strahan during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about working with Kelly Ripa on Live! with Kelly and Michael.
It was over a year ago when I went on to co-host. I had met Kelly a long time ago, years ago. But being on the show was the first time I really got to interact with her. Instantly, she is so easy to get along with for everybody. She had 59 total guest hosts come on that show over the last nine months, which is hard to change up and really guide 59 people through the show. She had a connection with everybody. Fortunate for me ours seemed to come through.
Seacrest interviews Jacob Artist during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about dancing on Glee.
I had been dancing for forever, I still love dancing. It got a little stale towards the end and acting was kind of this brand new intriguing thing that I really wanted to try. Plus I feel like if I would have gone to Juilliard I would have been thinking what whould have been the outcome.
Seacrest interviews Longoria during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about Roselyn Sanchez.
Yeah, she had an album out in Puerto Rico, a Spanish language album. She has an amazing voice. Roselyn will actually be performing a number with Flo Rida for the Alma Awards tonight. It’s so hot, there’s dancing, oh my god, it’s amazing, you got to see it! It’s really good.
Seacrest interviews Pink during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the release of her album The Truth About Love.
It’s just been awesome. It’s been super fun. I didn’t know what was going to happen when I went in the studio and I couldn’t have asked for a more positive, more loving atmosphere to release an album into. And I’ve had fun performing and being with my baby, and my man. It’s just been really good right now. I’ve never had a such warm reception. I was talking to Carey (Hart) about it the day before and he was like, “Baby, it’s awesome it only took you 12 years to get people to like you.” I’m like, “That’s true. And you know what, baby? It only took me 9 years to get you to like me.” So, it’s all worked out, I guess.
Seacrest interviews Shue during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her opinion of costar Jennifer Lawrence.
Jennifer is so comfortable in her own skin, quick witted, smart, and I’m inspired by her talent and grit. When I started working I wasn’t so confident, not even close. Jen’s the 2nd youngest Best Actress Oscar nominee and the highest-grossing female heroine star ever. It’s kinda hard to NOT be in awe.
Seacrest interviews Perry during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his roll in the show Go On.
It was kind of perfect because I was looking to do a drama. I realized there was a lot of funny stuff in there, and a lot of good dramatic stuff. There was a scene in the pilot that posed sort of the biggest dramatic challenge I’ve had in a long time.
Seacrest interviews Stefani during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about Miley Cyrus latest album.
She was so cool. I love Miley. She looked hot (at iHeartRadio) too. I asked her about her record. I said ‘Are you making a ridiculously good record?’ because she better be! She said she loves it. So I’m excited to hear what she does.
Seacrest interviews Harris during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the last season of How I Meet Your Mother.
It could be, yeah. Our contract is up at eight (seasons). When you first do a pilot in hopes that goes into a show they make you sign a seven year contract. Then when we renegotiated about halfway through they tacked on another year. So, we had an eight year contract, and this is that eighth season. If we end up doing a ninth season, which would be super rad, then they just sort of have to renegotiate that and figure it all out. I feel like the shows as strong as it’s been and that we, the cast, are getting along as well as we ever have. It seems like a kind of dream job, so it’s one I would love to do for a long time.
Seacrest interviews Williams during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about costar Neil Patrick Harris.
He’s really kind. He gives me a hug every time he sees me. He says, “Hey! How are you?” He remembers my husband’s name and then just kills. His jokes always work, he’s so funny, he’s so dynamic, he’s so weird, it’s awesome.
Seacrest interviews Posey during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his relationship status.
I’m dating, I’m in love. She’s a makeup artist. I’ve been in love with her since I was 12-years old, but we didn’t start dating until nine months ago. I feel like she’s the only person I ever want to be with forever.
Seacrest interviews Carey during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks if she will return to American Idol for another season.
Yeah, I actually can. I love moments like this, because I think they’re great. You work through whatever. I’m just learning. I don’t consider myself a judge, I consider myself as someone who is trying to give constructive criticism and guidance I think it’s a really, really great opportunity for people out there who don’t necessarily have the money to make their own demo or to go to a record company and stuff like that. I have a totally new respect for the whole thing.
Seacrest interviews Millan during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about which celebrity dog he likes the best.
His name is Daddy. He used to belong to Redman, the rapper. At the end I adopted him, he helped me raise my kids, and he helped me do the show. The whole world knows Daddy very well.
Seacrest interviews E.L. James during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her Fifty Shades of Grey book series.
wrote it for me, really. I just felt that it just sort of tumbled out of me. So, I just wanted to write it. Was there extensive personal research or was it more fantasy? I think it’s little bit of both actually.
Seacrest interviews Weighs during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks him about NFL Replacement Refs.
The people that came in did the best that they could. The difference is is that the games now will be moving along quickly and they’ll have a rhythm to them. The last couple of games on Sunday nights just had no rhythm because the officials were conferring, and just taking a long time to go over replays and just weren’t keeping the game moving along. The other guys will (keep it moving along) because they’re used to it. But you’ll still see a bunch of bad calls, and then people will be up in arms about it. We’ll see how long it is before the crowd starts to chant again.
Seacrest interviews Sorrentino during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks him why he went to rehab.
Because I knew I had to shoot Jersey Shore in 6-8 months, and I wasn’t going to be able to do a production if I was having trouble doing a one day appearance.
Seacrest interviews Mars during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his single Locked Out of Heaven.
I think I’m most excited for my fans to hear my voice again. It’s been a while and I’ve been hibernating in the studio. I just can’t wait for them to hear the music that I’m doing these days.
Seacrest interviews Lutz during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks how he approaches women.
I’ve become more mature. My M.O. now is to be who I really am and not be fake in order for a girl to like me back. Because at the end of the day I have to be with somebody that loves me for who I really am.
Seacrest interviews Simmons during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her time on American Idol.
I think everyone’s always terrified of Simon. In all honesty, I was more terrified of Britney, because she really knows what it takes to be in this business and to have a prolonged career in it.
Seacrest interviews Mars during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks him if he has ever heard his music playing in the club.
We were in France or London and we were like, “Let’s go out!” We ended up going to this seedy, seedy strip club. So, all the band is out there and they got word that I was there and they said, “Ladies and gentlemen we got Bruno Mars here.” So, this poor girl had to go up on stage and dance to Just The Way You Are. It’s probably one of the worst songs to ever dance to in a strip club and she’s looking at me, and I’m just looking at her and I’m saying, “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry.”
Seacrest interviews King during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her impression of her costar NeNe Leakes.
I actually did not know who NeNe was. So, I’ve actually gotten to know her just as a lady and she is so awesome. She’s constantly making weird crazy faces on the set she’s a real force of nature.
Seacrest interviews Timberlake during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks him how he courted his fiancée Jessica Biel.
I asked her the old fashioned way—by telephone. I learned from my step-dad and my grandfather that there is this thing called chivalry that didn’t die with the birth of the internet.
Seacrest interviews Simpson during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his relationship status.
(The Kardashians) have been so supportive of me, I am single though. Selena (Gomez) hasn’t tried to (hook me up with any of her friends) yet. Selena is Justin’s, and I’m single, and I’m pretty happy with it right now. So we’ll see what happens.
Seacrest interviews Keagan during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about Amanda Bynes joining her show Big Morning Buzz Live.
I think she’d make a fantastic correspondent on the show. She’s beautiful, she has a lot to offer, and it seems like she’s got some time on her hands right now. So, we would love it if she would want to come. And I think she just moved to New York. So, it’s perfect timing for everybody.
Seacrest interviews Dixon during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the new American Idol judges.
For me, I think Nicki Minaj would be the hardest judge just because I don’t understand her. You’re intimidated by things you don’t understand. So, I would be sure to try to win her over first.
Seacrest interviews Dsposito during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the latest season of Revolution.
We don’t know much. For an actor it’s great to be spontaneous and not to know, but if they’re going to kill you off you certainly want to know about that. I know about that because of another show called Breaking Bad, so it’s always nice to know what’s coming up, but often times we don’t.
Seacrest interviews Baker during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks who will play him in the film The Late Bloomer.
The movie will bring both heart and humor to what was a pretty rough chapter in my life. After getting to meet and hangout with Elijah recently, it’s almost scary how perfect he is to take on the role.
Seacrest interviews Williams during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about what attracted her to her role in Desperate Housewives.
When I did ‘Ugly Betty’ we had a great time with the pilot. But we said, ‘hope people tune into this, it’s really unusual.’ I jumped on ‘Desperate’ which was a well oiled machine by the time I got on in season 6. But when it started 8 years ago, there was nothing like it on television.
Seacrest interviews Goulding during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the songs she performs at Prince William’s wedding reception.
All of us collectively (choose the songs). Those guys, us guys, but I played my own songs on the album as well. So, it ended up being quite a long set.
