Between the Ropes interview

Carter sits down with Between the Ropes to discuss current events in TNA.

There is a lot of chatter and I think a lot of misinformation but I know that Spike and TNA are in constant negotiations and I leave that to them. What I do know is that we have an awesome product that is continually getting better each and every week so if it’s Spike, if it’s somewhere else we are an asset and will continue moving forward and I’m very confident in our future as a company.

Kayfabe Commentaries interview

Interview0 Comments

Bourne talks to Kayfabe Commentaries to discuss his future plans in wrestling and to share a story of Terrell.

This lovely young blonde was very, very new to wrestling. They get her in the ring, she trained, she’s athletic, so put her in the ring and have her do matches. We did matches I think on Tuesday nights at this bar called Bourbon Street. We had a little 16 foot ring set up in the building and there would be shows weekly. This particular night, Taryn Terrell is in a mixed tag match. It was a God awful match. At the end, I believe she did a facebuster. The girl of course lands down, that’s the finish, you go to cover. She (Taryn) basically grabbed the leg, tried to pin her while she was face down, trying to get that 1-2-3 on a face down opponent. My brain exploded. At the time I was much more cynical about people who weren’t awesome at wrestling. I had a good laugh at that too. I think she just went for the pin, she didn’t know the difference. She was that fresh to it.

Main Event Radio

Interview0 Comments

Anderson appears on Main Event Radio for a sit down interview. Anderson discusses his time in TNA wrestling and his thoughts on the SpikeTV negotiations.

Championship gold is always on my mind. That being said, one of my big priorities is always entertaining people. Going out there and telling them a story, and just having fun. This is one of the coolest jobs anybody can ever hope for. Any time that I start to feel aches or pains, tired from traveling; I just got back from the UK so I’m jetlagged. When I start to feel sort of sorry for myself, I remember how damn cool this job is. I feel like a million bucks right now, maybe a million and one.

SpikeTV negotiations comment

Interview0 Comments

Carter appears on Ring Rust Radio to discus current events in TNA, during the dicsussion she comments on the SpikeTV negotiations for the IMPACT program.

Every two years I go through this. This is just the first public negotiation I’ve ever had. I think social media has really changed this kind of thing. I’m used to every two years negotiating with Spike and negotiating with other networks. This time is absolutely not any different. We’re still talking with them, but there are other people, thank God, that are interested in our product. I want to grow this brand; I want to grow it domestically. I want us to be able to start having the kind of success domestically that we’re having internationally. I’m not going to stop and none of us are going to stop until we get there. I’m real excited to see and I think we’ll know sooner than later what’s going to happen.

Ring Rust Radio appearance

Interview0 Comments

Hardy sits down with Ring Rust Radio to discuss current events in TNA and working with his brother, Matt, again.

I’ve had some recent new ideas that I’ve talked to Matt about but we haven’t debuted them yet, but are pretty possible. It’s like riding a bicycle. Matt and I teamed for a long time and we did an Omega show at the high school that Matt and I graduated from and wrestled the Briscoe Brothers and the whole show from beginning to end was so good and the Briscoes vs. the Hardys was a killer main event. I also did a few other Indy shots with Matt and we were just as good as we’ve ever been.

Hardy speaks about getting another to wrestle for TNA:

Oh yeah, definitely. It was a dark, depressing time in my life after Victory Road 2011 was real … it was a sad time for me cause they could have easily fired me and let me go. As far as them giving me that second chance and letting me prove myself, TNA saved me. They saved my life pretty much.
