I really thought I would relax whenever that is, but with it being sped up a couple of years with the last injury, it was then like, ‘Now what?’ Keniv Dunn called the ‘Haven’ people because they had been looking to have a tie-in with Smackdown. ‘Listen, we have this guy retiring. I think he could fill a good spot on your show.’ That’s kind of how that fell into place.

Kanellis discusses her favorite opponents in WWE:
I feel very blessed that I was a part of that time, I admire Trish Stratus’s work, I admire Lita’s work but by the same token I loved Beth, I loved working with her, she was one of my favourite people that I got in the ring with. Michelle McCool was so under-utilised and was one of the best wrestlers I ever got in the ring with. Victoria I still work with today, I love her and if I was going to pick someone I was going to wrestle for an hour it would be Victoria.

Hart talks to Metro.co.uk about The Montreal Screwjob and his greatest rival.
I’ve calmed down a lot. There were a lot of things I did to escalate that whole thing with [opponent] Shawn Michaels and [now WWE owner] Vince McMahon. Ventura gives his thoughts about his favorite moments in WWE:
The highlight naturally was selling out Madison Square Garden three times with Bob Backlund, when you are headlining the show with 22,000 fans in the mecca of ring sports that would certainly be a highlight. The other highlight would be when I switched and went onto the broadcasting side of things becoming the first villain on the mic. When I was out with my neck injury, I met Mark Tremonti. I met him at a Metallica show, actually. I heard Metalingus and I was like, “Dude, can I use that when I come back?” And he said, “Yeah! Of course!” So that ended up being the genesis of it and when I heard it, it was actually Mark singing. It hadn’t been Myles yet. So it was in its infancy, but I had heard that song. I was like, “Okay, that’s gonna be what I come to the ring to.” And that’s how that all started.”
