I’m disappointed when an innovative company like Uber begins operations in Sarasota and it has been met by a regulatory battle with the city government…Now is the time for Sarasota officials to prevent our city from falling behind. Modern regulation for ride-sharing is being passed across the country. There will not be a better opportunity for our city’s commissioners to show they are serious about innovation in practice , not just on the campaign trail. Seeing our elected officials embrace modern regulations will signal the sort of forward thinking that can transform our city for the better.

Aylan Kurdi drowns age three
Krid, his mother Rihan, his father Abdullah, and and his five-year-old brother are in one of two boats carrying a total of 23 people that set off separately from the Akyarlar area of Turkey’s Bodrum peninsula, apparently headed to the Greek island of Kos, where they could have attempted to enter the European Union. Reports suggested that their ultimate destination was Canada.
The boat capsizes, and Aylan, his brother and mother drown. Aylan’s body is washed up washed up a few miles to the northeast in Turkey, not far from a beach resort. Seven people are rescued, and two reach the shore in life jackets. The boy’s father, Abdullah, survives. The image of Aylan’s dead body on the beach is broadcast around the world.

The twins part was quite a surprise, because I have no family history of twins or any other predisposing factors. However, as I’ve now learned, identical twins occur by random chance in roughly 1 out of approximately every 300 pregnancies. Zack and I have embraced the surprise and are very excited about these new additions to our family…Since my pregnancy has been healthy and uncomplicated and since this is a unique time in Yahoo’s transformation, I plan to approach the pregnancy and delivery as I did with my son three years ago, taking limited time away and working throughout. I’ve shared the news and my plans with Yahoo’s Board of Directors and my executive team, and they are incredibly supportive and happy for me…The future looks extremely bright on both fronts.

When did this character assume he could make comments that are racist, absurd, and above all incoherent and ignorant about us Latinos?..Jorge Ramos was doing HIS JOB as a journalist at a press conference in which he appeared freely and democratically, representing one of the most important Latin television networks in the world. But this new character in American politics verbally attacks him and ejects him from the press conference.
Let’s show that our Latin race is to be respected, let’s not allow a political hopeful to plant his campaign in insult and humiliation. Let’s demand respect for those first generations of Latinos who came to the United States and opened a path for us. Bolt is run over by a Segway operated by a cameraman, after winning a historic fourth 200-meter victory in a row. As he jogs near the raised camera track, a photographer, who ddoesn’t see Bolt, ran into the track, and then into Bolt, sending both tumbling to the ground. Bolt shows the media a cut on his leg afterward but has no worries that he’d be affected by the injury. When he sees the video for the first time:

Selected for ISS mission
Kanai will travel into space in 2017 aboard Russia’s Soyuz spacecraft. He will stay at the International Space Station for about six months from around November of that year.
I am very proud that I was commissioned for such an important mission. I am determined to work hard through training and aim to proudly report space science and experiment results to the Japanese people in two years through contributions to breathtaking and innovative experiments that will surprise world scientists and researchers.
