Daily Star interview
Sheamus talks to the Daily Star about staying in shape and his dream match with a celebrity.
Hugh Jackman would be a good fight. I’m a big fan of his and I know he’s a fan of WWE – he’s been to see the shows a couple of times. I think he’d be great in the ring.
The Talks interview
Palahniuk gives an interview to The Talks. He discusses how the world is getting better, his life compared to his fiction, and how he gets people to tell him their darkest stories.
I call it using a little fish to get a big fish. I find one story, one anecdote that I find really fascinating and I will introduce that into conversation. And each time I tell that one small anecdote, there will be someone who has a similar experience from their life, but much more extreme. People compete when they have conversation, they want their input to build on the previous contribution. So, the strange anecdote that I throw out, which is sometimes something from my own life, is instantly eclipsed by an almost identical but more extreme version from someone else’s life. Then a third person will jump in and eclipse that anecdote. I’m recognizing these common events that link people in pretty much everyone’s lives, and I’m looking for the most extreme versions of those.
WWE.com interview
Christian talks to WWE.com about the experience of WWE pay-per-views.
Its unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. The action, the pyro, the music and not to mention the superstars are bringing their A-game because they know what’s at stake and its about stealing the show.
Ross Report interview
Dillon is a guest on The Ross Report to discuss the NWA, WCW and breaking into the wrestling business.
I started as a fan as you mentioned. My dream was to someday become a wrestler. It was back in the day before wrestling schools and there was no easy way to get into the business. Ended up, I was a referee on a part time basis and didn’t get to wrestle until eight years into that.
Chad Dukes interview
Hogan is a guest on the Chad Dukes Wrestling Show to discuss his regrets and Bray Wyatt.
He fits in that grey area, and I’m gonna put myself over, that I started when I turned bad guy, Hollywood Hogan and people cheered me. It just showed the fans, whether you’re good guy or bad guy, they’re gonna cheer who they love and like to watch perform and I think he kinda broke down that barrier again. At first I was like ‘Oh man what is this guy doing,’ and then I started watching him and with the mind games and the rap and basically how good he was in the ring. I remember one pay-per-view he wrestled Daniel Bryan in the opening match, was like a year or so ago, nobody could follow that match. It was the first match of the pay-per-view and they tore it down. Daniel Bryan and Bray Wyatt. And I said this guy’s gonna be red-hot.
MediaPlay 2014 interview
Highfield is interviewed by Douglas at Media Playground 2014 conference. They talk about the death of print, going mobile-first, the long-running spat between the regional press and the BBC and the future of local journalism.
You need to get digital growing pretty rapidly to make up for print decline. We are getting to that digital tipping point.
Switches party
Carson switches parties, changing from Independent back to Republican on Election Day and files paperwork in his new home state of Florida.
It’s truly a pragmatic move because I have to run in one party or another. If you run as an independent, you only risk splitting the electorate. I clearly would not be welcome in the Democratic Party, and so that only leaves one party. Fortunately, the fit is pretty good. I believe in reasonable sized government. I believe in personal responsibility. I believe in individual freedom. And I believe in creating an environment to let free markets grow our economy. And all of that is very consistent with being a Republican.
GQ feature
Jones is featured in GQ magazine. She talks about meeting Stephen Hawking, filming Theory of Everything at a college, and rumors of her being in The Amazing Spider-Man.
Although our parties were much more debauched. Like, people rolling around on top of one another on the lawn.
The Talk interview
Jenner chats about the aging process and her divorce from Bruce:
It’s not an easy thing I think that you chose to do things…..like I went through a divorce a long time ago with Robert Kardashian and it was not fun. It was so scary and I was so young and I had four kids and then we ended up being best friends. You can chose to do things in a real grown up way and be friends through something and make it so that everyone around you is comfortable and happy.
Miami Herald interview
Jericho talks to the Miami Herald about his latest book and resentment from younger stars toward part time wrestlers.
There shouldn’t be (resentment), because I can come back there and outwork any one of those guys on the roster. When I come back though, I come back to work as many shows as I can. I don’t just come back for TV and pay-per-view. I work with everybody and have great matches. So I don’t think anybody has any issues with Jericho coming back. I think they are actually looking forward to it. If I was coming back and couldn’t do my job, then I would absolutely see why they don’t want me there.

The Observer feature
Dornan is featured in The Observer magazine. He talks about his nudity in Fifty Shades of Grey.
You want to appeal to as wide an audience as possible without grossing them out. You don’t want to make something gratuitous, and ugly, and graphic. There were contracts in place that said that viewers wouldn’t be seeing my, um…, yeah, my todger.
NotInHallofFame.com interview
Shamrock talks the current WWE product and feeling he should be in the WWE Hall of Fame.
I do feel that I definitely deserve to be in their Hall of Fame based on the things that I did while I was there, being able to change that sport along with other people. I feel I earned that right based on what I was able to do there in a small amount of time. I’m not sure that I can stand here and boast about that. The fans are the ones that really tell the tale and I think they speak very loudly about where I stand in pro wrestling. I don’t think that there are too many people who would tell you that I don’t deserve to be there.
TIME interview
Wallenda says his parents actually tried to push him out of the family business:
I actually felt like my parents did everything they could to get me out of the business. In fact, I know they did. I was going to study to become a pediatrician, because the business had struggled financially and my parents were having trouble making ends meet.

Esquire interview
Wallenda talks about the possibility of freezing up during a walk, what wind conditions would make him postpone the upcoming Chicago skyscraper stunt, and supporting his children whether they want to walk tightropes or choose another profession. Safety factors:
We’re all taking calculated risks. I train for the worst cases, and if the conditions are worse than that, I simply won’t walk that wire that day. But I train to grab that wire and hold on for up to twenty minutes. And I have rescue crews who can get to me within ninety seconds anywhere I am on that wire, so it’s much more calculated and much safer than most could fathom. I preach about it all the time. My industry is completely contrary to me. Normally our job is to scare everybody and tell them how dangerous it is. But I’m a realist and I preach the truth, which is I believe what I do is extremely calculated and very safe.
Bloomberg interview
Corcoran talks about how she thinks the Fed unwinding is going to affect real estate:
They’ve been low so long that people think it’s their right to have cheap money. The minute those rates go up, we’re going to have another boomlet in the real estate market, because people love a deadline.
