The Talks interview
Van Sant gives an interview to The Talks. He discusses what he still takes photos of and why youth plays a big role in his work.
Somehow it was always the young characters that I related to the most. I remember how even when I first started I was writing stories that were set in high school. At that time, in the ’70s, there weren’t any youth-oriented films at all – except for a Disney film or something.
WrestlingINC.com interview
Layfield talks about returning to WWE for Raw’s 1000th episode:
I really have enjoyed coming back and doing stuff and I’ve really enjoyed watching the shows recently. So, that’s a big part of it, you know. It’s been a part of my entire life, I’ve wanted to be a wrestler since I was a little kid. I don’t think that ever leaves you. Me, coming back for the Hall of Fame and then Raw 1,000 — that was a lot of fun.
WrestlingINC.com interview
Layfield talks about his debut in the WWE:
I didn’t think I’d be there very long. I really thought I’d be there two or three years. That’s about all people were around for at that time. People came and left a lot and I really figured I’d be there two or three years and I’d go back to Japan and maybe even going back to college and being a coach somewhere. I didn’t expect to be there for 15 years or whatever. That was completely unexpected to be there that long.
People cover
Douglas appears on the cover of People to discuss overcoming obstacles, growing up without a father, and making history.
I made history. It’s an awesome feeling, and I have to seize the moment. But first I’m going back to Virginia Beach-haven’t been in almost two years. I just want to visit my dogs, relax and enjoy.

WrestlingINC.com interview
Roberts speaks about his matches with Savage in WWE:
With Randy? He’s a psychotic son of a b—h, man. He was nuts. I love Randy to death but he was a psycho. You had to ground him. What I’d do is I’d go out and lean on him during the early part of the match until he got tired. Then, once he got tired, he was much more sensible in terms of what we were doing.
People cover
Stewart appears on the cover of People after she admits to cheating on her boyfriend, Pattinson. He is trying to decide if he’s willing to take her back.
I jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry. Telling Robert was the worst thing she’s ever had to do.
GQ cover
Gordon-Levitt appears on the cover of the August 2012 issue of popular men’s magazine, GQ. The actor models a variety of three-piece suits from such brands as Dolce & Gabbana, Hugo Boss, and Ermenegildo Zegna. In the interview, he shares details about his teenage years in showbiz, the devolution of the entertainment business, and his notion of fame.
I really don’t like this notion that some people are more important than other people. These stories about these elevated people called ‘celebrities’ teaches you that what you have to say doesn’t matter. It’s degrading.
Chase Jarvis interview
Scoble and Jarvis talk about gear and tech including cameras, wearable image sensors, realtime creative collaboration, cloud solutions, and other new tech that can be used for creative purposes. He also talks about how he got into tech, including asking Steve Wozniak for $40,000 for the San Jose State journalism program, which he says Wozniak gave the program. Scoble:
In junior high I got a tour of the Apple building when it was one building…which gives you a sense of how nuts the world can get. I fell in love with computers..ever since then I’ve been at the change of old to new
Esquire interview
Ryan talks about why he voted for TARP:
No. I don’t. Look, first of all, you don’t look back on these things. The reason I voted for TARP is I legitimately worry about us having a deflationary spiral, and what that means is thousands of businesses would go belly-up and bankrupt through no fault of their own.
Gloria Estefan interview
Winfrey interviews Gloria Estefan on Oprah’s Next Chapter.

I’ve never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating. Or maybe I’d have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours.
Maxim Interview
Schwarzenegger gives his thoughts on being part of the cast on the movie The Expendables 2:
It was terrific, because we’re competitive guys who were always trying to outdo each other through decades of making films— who has the biggest muscles, the biggest guns, the biggest fight scenes, the biggest explosions. You always try to be the best, but everyone came together on this film.
Esquire interview
Bell talks about starring in the film Hit & Run with Shepard:
You couldn’t find two more extremes. He used to be a drug addict, and I don’t know if I’ve even seen cocaine at a party, let alone done it. When I found out that my Prince Charming has gone on five-day benders where no one could find him, I was like, Wait, what?

State of the Union interview
Cosby explains his views on President Obama and gun issues to Crowley.
I am disappointed in people who don’t look at the woes and the trouble given to Obama. People blatantly speaking out against his color, wasting time and starting up new stories about whether or not he was born here.
