I think it’s a nice balance to Hollywood because it’s so free and it’s so creative and so much of what you do is in someone else’s hands, essentially and this is something that I could actually control and I could see something from the beginning to the end and there’s something really wonderful and fulfilling about that. I try to stay in shape just to handle things like the stress of a job or everyday life. Working with men for the past 15 years, you end up eating and drinking like a guy. So I have no choice to basically have it in my mind that I have to work out every day. That is the way I have programmed myself. And if I don’t work out one day, I’ll just say to myself, that’s just one day that’s OK, that’s the way it worked out. But I try to do something every single day.
I just moved to New York City in January and I’m loving the variety of workout classes! I really love classes because again, I’m a competitive person, so I like to be around people that push me, and I feel like classes really do that. I’ve been doing Barre, as well as Physique fifty seven, which I’m really enjoying. Because I’m so tall, I want to work on my legs and obviously every woman wants to work on their rear end and their core, so I feel like those classes are perfect for me. They really target those areas. Plus, I’ve danced my whole life so I’ve got that dance background. On the days I can’t go to classes, I try to take a run or hit the treadmill. I’m not much of a runner but I do need cardio.

According to a later police report, Sulkowicz claims that when she and Nungesser start to have consensual sex he hits her across the face, chokes her, and pushes her knees onto her chest and leans on her knees to keep them up. He then grabs her wrists and penetrates her anally. Sulkowicz tells Nungesser to stop, but he does not. She struggles with him and tries to push his arms away, but he keeps going and suddenly stops without ejaculating. Nungesser claims in his later suit that he and Sulkowicz engaged in consensual sex, including vaginal and anal sex, followed by oral intercourse.

It was the funniest response that I got so many people commenting on how a pregnant woman shouldn’t be showing all of that. I’m like: ‘Showing what?’ Just because my stomach sticks out further than another woman in a bikini? Why should we have to wear certain things because we’re pregnant? And I think that’s ridiculous. I’m proud of my body. I love that my body is changing and growing. I have one or two of the maternity one pieces, of course, but if you can fit into it and you feel good about the bikini, put it on.
