SRQ interview
In an interview with a Sarasota magazine, Biter recounts influences in his life:
I can’t begin to describe how I’ve been shaped by my parents. They are the biggest influences. They have done the most for me and gave me a work ethic by never letting me get away with anything. They held me accountable but never micro-managed my life. They set boundaries that were pretty broad, and, as long as I operated within their rules, had the opportunity to learn and to fail and to try again in life.
His heroes:
Bill Gates and Michael Dell are heroes of mine. Watching what other successful people do is important, but I was always more impressed with people who came from nothing. I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon, and there was not anyone in my family with real business experience, but I knew I wanted more for myself. To see people come from middle-class families and become super successful, that was my goal, and these men were whom I wanted to replicate.
Rolling Stone interview
Rock discusses his hide-a-way in Alabama, his friendship with Hank Williams Jr. and how he is ‘flabbergasted’ by Beyonce’s popularity in an interview with Rolling Stone’s Patrick Doyle.
Beyoncé, to me, doesn’t have a f-cking Purple Rain, but she’s the biggest thing on Earth. How can you be that big without at least one Sweet Home Alabama or Old Time Rock & Roll? People are like, ‘Beyoncé’s hot. Got a nice f-cking ass.’ I’m like, ‘Cool, I like skinny white chicks with big tits.’ Doesn’t really f-cking do much for me.

Maxim cover
Swanepoel appears on the cover of Maxim magazine’s March 2015 issue. She discusses her insecurities as a swimsuit model.
I look at myself in the third person, because that girl in the pictures isn’t me: It’s a girl I created to cope with the spotlight. I had to get over a lot of shyness to do this job.
Self cover
Swanepoel appears on the cover of the March 2015 issue of Self magazine. She shares how she stays happy and healthy.
I’m up and on-set pretty early, usually by 5 a.m. I do a lot of swimwear, so for the best light, we try to get the sunrise and sunset. I’m an athlete, I use every single muscle, especially my core and arms, when I pose. It’s so important for me to feel strong.
Allure cover
Jenner appears on the cover of the March 2015 issue of Allure magazine. She talks about breaking into the fashion industry, growing up in the spotlight, and being the center of attention.
I had just started ninth grade when I got my acne and I had braces. I wouldn’t look people in the eye. It was not a good time for me—it just killed my self-esteem. I thought when I didn’t look at someone, they couldn’t see my face.
Vogue cover
Swift and Kloss appear together on the cover of Vogue. Swift discusses keeping her work life and friends separate.
The fun thing about my friends is that they don’t necessarily know a lot about what I do business-wise.
Allure cover
Jenner appears on the cover of Allure. Jenner discusses why she asked sister Kim Kardashian to not attend Jenner’s Spring-Summer shows.
As selfish as this sounds, I wanted the attention to be on me for five seconds rather than my family. If they were sitting front row, it would have been all about, ‘Oh, Kim goes to Kendall’s first fashion show!’I love Kim, but for a minute I wanted it to be like, ‘OK, this is [Kendall’s] thing—and she’s taking it seriously.’
Glamour cover
Johnson and Dornan appear on the cover of Glamour. Johnson discusses how she prepared for her role as Ana in Fifty Shades of Grey.
Jamie and I actually shared a trainer. It was important to me that Ana’s body look like that of an active college student. And I was going be naked, so I wanted to look good. I did a lot of working out and had more waxing than any woman should have!
Vogue UK cover

I knew Tom was the one straight away. I could see it in his eyes that he was a man with integrity who believes in the same things I do.
Elle Canada cover
Bosworth appears on the cover of Elle Canada.
People talk about the transition that happens for child actors. There’s another transition that happens just around 30. I’m most excited about my career now because I can take what I’ve experienced and translate that into these.
Elle cover
Perry appears on the cover of Elle. Perry discusses the challenges of performing the Super Bowl halftime show.
In my show, I am boss daddy. I am boss mommy. They call me Boss. Everything goes through my eyes; I call all the shots, 100 percent of it. With the NFL, I have to be accountable to several levels of red tape. There are many committees I have to go through for my costumes, the budgets of my show, every interview—everything, I have to report to somebody. So I am no longer the boss; I have to relinquish that control. We love this opportunity, but once you decide you’re gonna do the Super Bowl, you’re gonna have no f-cking life for six months. It is the biggest thing. Anyone that’s ever done it has been scared shitless. You stay off the Internet for the five days afterward.
Cosmopolitan cover
Stefani appears on the cover of Cosmopolitan. Stefani discusses her music career.
My parents taught us, ‘[music] is your hobby. People don’t make it. It just doesn’t happen.’ It still shocks me that people care about me. I trip out about it all the time. It’s mind-blowing! For me, I’ve never gotten to a point where I felt, ‘Okay, I’ve made it, I’m number one!’ It’s an amazing feeling to hit number one, but it’s not that different a feeling from not being number one. It’s really about the journey—that’s where the joy comes. It’s not about the end result, because there isn’t really ever an end.
InStyle cover
Washington appears on the cover of InStyle. Washington discusses finding balance in life as a working mom.
Women use this ‘guilt’ word a lot, but I’m not sure how I feel about it. I know why it’s the word that keeps coming up, but I can’t co-sign on it yet. There has got to be a better way. You can’t be all things to all people all the time. You have to experience your humanity, you have to know you are a limited vessel, and you can only do so much.
Harpers’ Bazaar cover
Rihanna appears on the cover of Harpers’ Bazaar. Rihanna swims with tiger sharks at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa in a photo shoot for the issue.
Greatest adventure? Are you kidding me? I just did a photo shoot in the midst of sharks. It’s going to be pretty hard to beat that.
V cover
Smith appears on the cover of the March 2015 issue of V magazine. He talks about other celebrities.
Even when you meet them — I won’t name names — but some of these pop stars are just awful and they have not even had half the success that you’ve had, and yet you’re so humble and kind.
Telegraph interview
Swift is interviewed by the Telegraph. She talks about the state of music industry:
We all have to step up and make albums that are good, top to bottom, if selling albums is still important. It is to me, but a lot of artists have already given up on that. I have friends who just think it’s not attainable, which I feel is a very defeatist way to look at life.
Boyfriends:
I used to think it was important to find a boyfriend. I don’t feel that it is now. I just want to have as much fun and as many adventures as possible.
And her feud with Katy Perry:
I’m not giving them anything to write about, I’m never going to talk about her in my interview. It’s not going to happen…It’s not real if someone appears to never have any issues with anyone. I have my friends. I have enemies. I have bad days when I don’t want to go to a photo shoot, but I’m not going to show up four hours late. I’m going to be there on time.
Attendees salute Nimoy
Soon after the Expo began, thousands of attendees observed a moment of silence for Nimoy while holding up their hands in a Vulcan salute. Gabriel Fieramosco, the Expo’s marketing manager who led the tribute:
Obviously, when we heard it everybody was floored. We couldn’t do the weekend without acknowledging it in some way. So after discussing it amongst ourselves, we decided that a moment of silence on the floor was the way to do it.
Easton:
He [Nimoy] was deeply talented, worked in charity, and was a great role model for anyone, especially those who love science fiction. Leonard Nimoy’s passing is a major moment. I didn’t realize how universally beloved he was until he died. Just a wide array of people honoring the man.

Denies Green Lantern rumors
Rodriguez denies rumors that she will star in Green Lantern when asked about the role by TMZ.
That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I think it’s so stupid because of this whole minorities in Hollywood thing. Stop stealing all the white people’s superheroes. Make up your own, you know what I’m saying? What’s up with that?
