Poughkeepsie Journal interview
Lawler and Ross talk to Poughkeepsie Journal about their separate futures inside the wrestling industry. Lawler comments.
I don’t wrestle on a full-time schedule anymore, but I still enjoy getting back in there. It’s exercise and it’s fun. I’ve enjoyed doing this my entire career. If I can do it once or twice a week, it’s cool for me. It’s just getting back on the horse again. I don’t worry about it. I don’t sit around and wonder if it’s going to be the same thing that‘s going to happen to me again. I don’t think anything different about it.
Wild Talk Radio interview
Marella talks to Wild Talk Radio about his future goals and returning to WWE.

NST.com interview
Booker T talks to NST.com about possibly returning to the ring and working the Royal Rumble match.
I wouldn’t call it a comeback (laughs). I’m semi-retired and to work around these schedules that the younger wrestlers and the divas (applies to the female talent, whether as wrestlers, managers or ring announcers) is rough. It’s a young man’s sport. I don’t want to be one of those wrestlers who still holds on to the past, hearing all the roars from the crowd.
Louis C.K. interview

You know, I think these things are toxic, especially for kids. It’s this thing. It’s bad. They don’t look at people when they talk to them. They don’t build the empathy. Kids are mean and it’s because they’re trying it out. They look at a kid and they go, you’re fat. Then they see the kid’s face scrunch up and say ooh, that doesn’t feel good. But when they write they’re fat, they go, hmm, that was fun.

I’ve done lots of comedy and lots of bad taste. Lots of music and bad taste…lots of poetry that’s offended people. Lots of music that people really felt hurt by but I’ve always stood by it. But this particular piece, when I understood how hurt people were, I pulled it down immediately. I’ve never pulled down a piece of content.
Lizzy Caplan interview
Caplan promotes Masters of Sex. She also talks about her family’s sex-inspired cookbook and the banality of watching sex scenes at work. On people’s unique sexual techniques:
What I’ve learned is that everybody masturbates really differently. It’s sort of beautiful. One would assume, hey, everybody just does it the way I do it. Not the case. People come up with crazy stuff. And you know they’re just doing it the way that they normally do.
Tavis Smiley interview
Dern discusses her role in the HBO dramedy, Enlightened, which she also co-created, in this interview for PBS.
Well, I will tell you that it’s a huge story point this season for my character, and she and I are pretty much on par about how outrageously naïve we are about everything technological. She doesn’t have a clue, I don’t have a clue. She writes on the show, which she becomes, she gets on Twitter and her first tweet is “My first twit.”
Wrestleinc.com interview
Morgan talks to Wrestleinc.com about meeting with vince McMahon and leaving TNA.
I was about to start a story line, a pretty major one actually. Unfortunately it just didn’t materialize and they went in a different direction with another person’s character. I 100% understand why they had to do it with this particular character, but as far as I’m concerned with my storyline, that left me odd man out where I was going to be taking some time off and sitting at home again.
Bill Bellamy interview
Hall interviews Bellamy on The Arsenio Hall Show. They talk about Mothers’ Day versus Fathers’ day. Bellamy expresses how mothers get a lot more attention than the dads.

Diane Kruger interview
Kruger guests on Conan to promote The Bridge. She also chats about her not-so-romantic first date with boyfriend Joshua Jackson, her dislike of guns, and her fondness for reality show, Honey Boo Boo.
I watch Honey Boo Boo. It’s like watching Star Wars. I’m not an American, so that part of America is so foreign to me. They’re actually happier than any of us. They love each other.
Shape Magazine interview
Milano talks to Shape Magazine about balancing motherhood and a career.
That’s a work in progress for sure! I definitely don’t have all the answers for that, but the most important things to me are my son and my marriage. Those don’t function to capacity unless I take care of myself, so I try to do the best that I can with everything else. It really comes down to after I put my baby to sleep; I have to spend quality time with my husband. It’s so important. Whether we have a conversation and talk about our day or just watch TV together, we have to have that connection. After that, it’s time to turn off all the electronics, to completely shut down, and try to pamper myself. I try to have a cup of tea or put a mask on my face and make my bedroom smell delicious. Those are all really important things.
Maxim Interview
Lee gives his thoughts on his role in the movie Mallrats:
Oh, that wasn’t a cameo! I was one of the stars, shame on you. But I enjoyed it tremendously and I enjoyed Kevin Smith, we got along beautifully. Tell you a funny thing about it, though – in the movie, I’m supposed to be telling somebody that they shouldn’t feel bad about losing a girl because I had lost a girl once and I still remember her and blah blah blah. I went home and my wife said, What’s this about that girl you were talking about? And I said, Honey, it’s just movie! But it took me a while to pacify her.
Kendrick Lamar interview
Hall interviews Lamar on The Arsenio Hall Show. They talk about their nolstagic meeting with the late Dr. Dre and Tupac Shakur as a child.

V2 Wrestling interview
Aries talks to V2 Wrestling about Kevin Nash, nearly retiring and TNA.
“I had made the decision (to retire). It was just one of those situations where I didn’t feel that I was getting back what I was putting in. I didn’t want to be a prisoner to the world of wrestling; I didn’t want to be a guy who was trying to hustle every weekend and do a convention. I didn’t want to be Randy The Ram in 10, 20 years. I felt at that point of my life I was ok with transitioning into something else, and I’d stopped taking bookings and had nothing on my schedule, and before that really sunk in I got a call from TNA offering me the opportunity to come down there for an X Division qualifying match. and I figured, well why not take one more pay day, that certainly can’t hurt!

Williams tells Parade magazine that there are financial considerations behind his decision to return to television. On his role in The Crazy Ones:
The idea of having a steady job is appealing. I have two (other) choices: go on the road doing stand-up, or do small, independent movies working almost for scale … My life has downsized, in a good way. I’m selling the ranch up in Napa. I just can’t afford it anymore.
On how much his divorces have cost him financially:
Well, not all. Lost enough. Divorce is expensive.
