Fishel appears on the cover of the April 2013 issue of Maxim magazine. She talks about her girl crush and how she embarrasses herself.
If you ever really want to see me embarrass myself, put on some Notorious B.I.G. and watch me grab my crotch and mouth all the words. It’s really embarrassing, but I can’t help myself.
Sports Illustrated interview
Big Show talks to Sports Illustrated about playing college basketball and Wrestlemania in New Jersey.
It’s completely different. New York and New Jersey fans are like no other fans anywhere in the world. It’s funny because New York is known for being competitive. New York likes champions. If you’re not pulling your weight, New York lets you know. Trust me: If you have a crappy match, New York fans will let you know right in the middle of it. They’ll chant boring. They’ll chant you suck. They’ll chantyou messed up. The pressure to do well is always a little bit higher in New York. But like anything, that pressure makes you better. So the only thing that I’m a little concerned about is the weather. Because, you know, I’m not wearing much. I’m wearing Spandex. It’s gonna be a little chilly out there.
Poughkeepsie Journal interview
Heyman talks to Poughkeepsie Journal about Wrestlemania, and today’s WWE product.
I’d say the global scale of it all. And the push to new screens that are still developing. People will say, ‘oh man, how exciting would have been to be around in the 1950s when television was expanding’ or ‘oh man, it would have been great to be watching in the 1980s when pay-per-view and cable television truly exploded.
Glamour UK cover
Jones appears on the cover of the April 2013 issue of Glamour UK magazine. She talks about Jon Hamm and being a single mom with the magazine.
I don’t feel being a single mum is something I need to feel sorry about. It’s really a joy in my life and that’s it.

Perry appears on the cover of People to discuss her relationship with Mayer and how things started off good but ended abruptly. Source:
Katy would eventually like to settle down again. She is worried about getting older, which sounds ridiculous considering she’s 28. But she does think about the long-term plans of marriage and babies.
Allure cover
Holmes appears on the cover of the April 2013 issue of Allure magazine. She talks about expanding her family, becoming an attorney, and her hopes for this year.
I hope this is a peaceful year for a lot of people in the world. When you look back on the last year, there were a lot of tragedies — Hurricane Sandy, the Connecticut shooting. I just hope it’s a good year for everyone.
KISS-FM interview
Kane talks to KISS-FM radio about Team Hell No and locker room jealousy over The Rock and Brock Lesnar.
When the Rock comes back, that takes to a completely different level. The interest he generates is mainstream. It’s beneficial, more so than anyone else can do, frankly. Any petty jealousies that there might be need to be set aside, because we all benefit. It’s like when people say I don’t like so and so because they’re in the top spot, and I’m like well I do like them because I get to work with them and make more money.
Pro Wrestling Radio interview
Koloff speaks about what he first thought about the wrestling industry when he entered it:
Well, it was somewhat, or quite overwhelming initially, early on you know cause I didn’t have the experience that the other guys had or gone through a camp or something of that nature. I was fortunate and blessed to have the ability to adjust to it quickly, and what we did for the next couple months is, we’d get to the towns and I’d have on the job training. Uncle Ivan and Don Kernodle would work out with me and then I’d have a single match that would last about 13 seconds again and they’d have a world tag title match and I’d sit in their corner and I’d sit in my corner and that’s just how it evolved.
Maxim Interview
Palicki talks about why she liked doing many of her own stunts in the movie GI Joe: Retaliation:
It looks better when you do your own stunts, because seeing somebody’s face when they’re doing them is fun for the audience. So I did my own till my double was like, I’ll do this one, because I don’t want you to die.
Comcast interview
Ziggler talks to Comcast part time wrestlers headlining Wrestlemania instead of full-time wrestlers.
It really pisses me off. But, it also is good business. Every year a part timer comes back, but there’s a reason that they’re back. Whether it’s the fans want to see them, if they’re a draw, if they’re a movie star, there’s a reason that they’re back. They’re not back just to do it. There’s business to be had. And it pisses me off and it motivates me a hundred percent. It makes me want to be that guy that they’re begging to come back.
Essence cover
Monae appears on the cover of Essence to discuss her album Electric Lady and keeping her body under wraps.
People don’t ask Jay-Z to take his shirt off when he rhymes. Showing my skin is not what makes me sexy. I like skirts and dresses just like everyone else, but I had a message I needed to put out there. It was up to me to show people and young girls there was another way.
Tavis Smiley interview
Rossum discusses her career, including her role on the Showtime drama Shameless and new CD, Sentimental Journey, in this interview for PBS. On her love of both music and acting:
I listened to all kinds of jazz piano and classical music in my house growing up and I love music, but I just love the – I like playing pretend. I like being on stage and the costumes and the element of imagination that came into getting transported into another time. So I think for me, I always thought first I’d go onto Broadway, but I ended up going out for films and getting some indies and yeah.
Fox Sports Radio interview
Enfield talks about the improvement of his players over the season:
We had a lot of young, talented players. We’ve had a whole offseason and a year and a half of player development, working on their shooting, their offensive moves, their decision making, their finishing, their post, etc. So we have made huge jumps in skill level and skillsets on our team. And we implemented a fast-paced system since the get-go, and our players are now able to play at that speed, scoring in the first seven or eight seconds of the shot clock, pushing the ball down the court. … Now that our players are handling the adversity and success and are more skilled, and are used to playing at a higher tempo, we’re pretty good when we can do that.
Wrestling101.com interview
Santana talks about winning the WWE World Tag Team Titles in 1979:
My wrestling career got moving very quickly, I never would have expected to have gotten to New York as quick as I did especially when I didn’t have a wrestling family and I didn’t know anybody in wrestling when I got into the sport. My father wasn’t a wrestler I just came in, there were people that I knew like Terry Funk and Tully Blanchard but to get to New York and then to be teamed up with Ivan Putski that was a big shot in my arm, then we won the titles in Madison Square Garden, and whenever you do anything in Madison Square Garden it is an unbelievable feeling, and my career went from nothing to the top overnight.
Ring Rust Radio interview
Shamrock discusses a possible return to WWE:
Oh, definitely. I’ve tried to reach out, but I’ve been hitting some walls. I’m not sure if my messages are getting through or not. In my career, if you follow my career and watched everything that I’ve ever done from the time I was in high school to where I’m at now, I’ve always been able to reach the pinnacle. In football, I was able to win championships and go to bowl games in college, be an All-American linebacker and there were a lot of things I was able to accomplish. In my professional career, every time I jumped into an organization, I always reached the top and the title.
Tavis Smiley interview
Newton discusses her career and role in the new DirectTV original series, Rogue, in this interview for PBS.
I have been around women who have lost their children in the most horrifying ways, who’ve lost their dignity, who’ve lost their lust for life. They’ve had it crushed out of them. That’s why I wanted to play Grace. I wanted to explore this kind of grief and turn pain into power. That’s what One Billion Rising is all about, is about turning pain to power. So I just find myself finding these projects which are dealing with these themes, and obviously it’s not just about I want to explore it.
WFNZ in Charlotte interview
Curry speaks about Duke’s first two games in the NCAA Tournament:
The first two games we have had have been good starting points for us in the tournament. Two good teams that really pushed us, played their best games for the most part and games we had to really grind out, especially against Creighton. Going up against Michigan State, they are one of the best teams in the country and very psychical and have a lot of great players so we have to be ready and we have to be on top of our ‘A’ game. Be ready for the physicality and it’s going to be a fun game to play in.
KNBR in San Francisco interview
Miller comments on an upcoming game against Ohio State:
I always feel like our team’s at our best when we play with 10 turnovers or fewer, or even 12 turnovers or fewer. Ohio State’s that elite team that when they get a deflection, a steal, a stop, they’ve got so much firepower in transition coming at you. … It’s a little bit what did us in against UCLA the number of times we lost. Our turnovers led to back-breaking points.
