Executes over 200 per month

Makes Statement0 Comments

SOHR says that since June last year ISIS has executed over 2,150 people in Syria alone. This number includes over 1,300 civilians and nearly 530 Syrian government troops.

We believe that the real number of people that have been killed by IS is higher than the number documented by SOHR because there are hundreds of missing and detainees inside IS jails, and because there are dozens of Kurds who are still been missing since the beginning of IS attack on the countryside of Kobani in September 16.

Charges have ranged from insulting God (blasphemy), spying for the benefit of the Nusayri [Alawite] regime, sodomy and dealing and supporting YPG [Kurdish forces].

He says authorities also disrupted a plot for a suicide car bomber to attack the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh after receiving information about the plan in mid-March. The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh has no immediate comment on the disclosure.

Boko Haram adopts the name ‘Islamic State’s West Africa Province’ (ISWAP). Propaganda materials shared by ISIS-affiliated social media accounts have dropped both it’s official name, Jama’atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda’awati wal-Jihad (Arabic for ‘People Committed to the Propagation of the Prophet’s Teachings and Jihad’), and nickname Boko Haram, which means ‘western education is forbidden’ in favor of ISWAP,, and appear to share the production values and style more usually associated with jihadists in Syria and Iraq.

ISIS plotters charged

Charged0 Comments

Six Minnesota men are charged in a plot to travel to Syria in order to support ISIS. The men are charged with conspiracy and attempting to provide materials to support a foreign terror group. They are associated with three other Minnesota men recently charged with similar crimes. Federal prosecutors state ISIS and other terror organizations actively recruit from the Somali community in Minnesota, the largest such community in the United States.

We have a terror recruiting problem in Minnesota.

The six men are Zacharia Yusuf Abdurahman, 19; Abdurahman Yasin Daud, 21; Adnan Abdihamid Farah, 19; Mohamed Abdihamid Farah, 21; Hanad Mustafe Musse, 19; and Guled Ali Omar, 20.

What this case shows is that the person radicalizing your son, your brother, your best friend may not be a stranger. It may be their best friend right here in town.

We think too of the humiliation endured by all those who, for their lives of fidelity to the Gospel, encounter discrimination and pay a personal price…We think too of our brothers and sisters who are persecuted because they are Christians, the martyrs of our own time. There are many of them. They refuse to deny Jesus and they endure insult and injury with dignity.
