Nash discusses being featured in WWE’s upcoming New World Order DVD:

I think the body of work still stands out. A lot of it, because we participated in; even though we did it, we’ve never seen it back. There have been so many matches and segments and things that we haven’t seen that sometimes, especially with the production that the WWE has, when they put something together, it’s usually an incredible piece and you sit there and kind of relive it again. You go ‘Oh yeah, forgot about that’. So, I look forward to watching those pieces because it does bring back a lot of memories.

Harris talks about his tenure in WWE:

I have my version of what I was put through, but a lot of people will say I just didn’t have what it takes. It was never about a name or a character. It’s the fact they would never let me go out and do what I do best. I had a number of people telling me a number of different things. I have enough confidence in my ability that I could have made something work. It made me hate wrestling and I needed to get out.

Reks talks about retiring from WWE:

It wasn’t a difficult decision at all, having a child will change the way you look at everything and my focus was on my family. It was becoming increasingly more difficult to leave and go on the road and not being able to see the changes in my daughter whilst I was on the road. I didn’t want to miss things like her taking her first steps; I didn’t want to miss another moment.

Colter is a guest on The Art of Wrestling to discuss working in Puerto Rico and today’s wrestling landscape.

Back in the day you had 30 to 40 promotions to work for. Now there’s only two or three. If you were a wrestler then, you had a job. You didn’t even have to be that good. Now, you don’t have many places to go.

Cole talks to WWE.com about speaking to Jerry Lawler for the first time since his heart attack.

I had just gotten home to Texas after what had been a whirlwind two days dealing with this situation. I actually got a phone call from Jerry’s girlfriend, who’s in the hospital with him. And she said “Michael, I’ve got somebody who wants to talk to you.” She handed over the phone and it’s “The King”! We immediately had a couple of laughs. He’s weak, but he’s alert. He talked coherently and he’s not completely out of the woods yet and he’s got a long recovery process to come, but he’s awake. Jerry’s in a lot of pain — he said he feels like he’s been through a 60-Minute Iron Man Match, but he’s in great spirits.

Regal is a guest on The Art of Wrestling to discuss wrestling, England and not being a sports fan.

Absolutely no football. I never watched any other sport in my life. It was just wrestling and British comedy. I never had any interest in anything else.

Darsow speaks about winning the WWE World Tag Team Titles at Wrestlemania:

To win the tag team titles at WrestleMania, that was the biggest thing that could have happened in my career. We hold the record for a single reign and also our combined reign of all three title runs we had. I don’t know if it will ever be broken because they really don’t have tag teams anymore, so those records might stand for a long time to come. I don’t know if Vince will ever have two guys that can be the tag team champions for that long any more.

Layfield talks about returning to WWE for Raw’s 1000th episode:

I really have enjoyed coming back and doing stuff and I’ve really enjoyed watching the shows recently. So, that’s a big part of it, you know. It’s been a part of my entire life, I’ve wanted to be a wrestler since I was a little kid. I don’t think that ever leaves you. Me, coming back for the Hall of Fame and then Raw 1,000 — that was a lot of fun.

Layfield talks about his debut in the WWE:

I didn’t think I’d be there very long. I really thought I’d be there two or three years. That’s about all people were around for at that time. People came and left a lot and I really figured I’d be there two or three years and I’d go back to Japan and maybe even going back to college and being a coach somewhere. I didn’t expect to be there for 15 years or whatever. That was completely unexpected to be there that long.

Roberts speaks about his matches with Savage in WWE:

With Randy? He’s a psychotic son of a b—h, man. He was nuts. I love Randy to death but he was a psycho. You had to ground him. What I’d do is I’d go out and lean on him during the early part of the match until he got tired. Then, once he got tired, he was much more sensible in terms of what we were doing.
