Newslines was started by Mark & Mary Devlin. Mark created Newslines to learn about how different events developed. Since 2019 the site has concentrated on specific people, such as Conor McGregor and Elon Musk.
For 2023 our aim is to develop a team that can work on any topic.
Mark and Mary are from Scotland and lived for 18 years in Japan where they created Metropolis, Japan’s No. 1 English magazine and Japan Today, the No. 1 news and discussion site about Japan. They live in Glasgow, Scotland.
