Duff releases third and final installment in her Elixir Trilogy. The novel titled True follows the final chapters of a love story between main character Clea and character Sage as well as the adventures between Clea and her best friend Ben.
There is so much adventure and love in the book. There is a little bit for everyone so it was a big moment for me.

Edinburgh hatchery opens

Broadway debut announced
The young actor’s Broadway debut is announced, where he will appear alongside Alec Baldwin in the upcoming revival of the play Orphans, a drama about two brothers who kidnap a wealthy old man. LaBeouf will play the eldest brother who takes care of his weaker sibling in a house in Philadelphia. The play is scheduled to open April 7th.

McAfee starts a blog called The Hinterland, the same name of an upcoming graphic novel about McAfee by Essley. In one of the first posts he takes issue with Gizmodo’s writer Wise:
How did I end up as a murder suspect on the lam? The world press certainly has not helped. Autonomous and self-serving, the press does what it does best – sensationalize. And my character and the recent events of my life have been sensationalized to the max. Take Jeff Wise and his recent posts to Gizmodo as an example. Jeff has made a life work out of smearing my character. Beginning with Fast Company some two odd years ago and continuing non-stop through the present, he has gone beyond the call of journalistic duty to bring my dark side to the attention of the world. You might think that moral duty or a search for the truth has been driving him. But, sadly, this is not the case.
Rep dismisses ‘Transformers 4’ rumor
LaBeouf’s rep dismisses rumors that the actor’s involvement with the fourth Transformers film is dependent on how much money it will make him.
The story is a complete fabrication. While Shia remains very close with the filmmakers/studio, he was never attached to the fourth installment (nor is he in negotiations at this time). Salary did not impact his decision.
Announces PoP Water
Carter and photographer Richardson announce PopWater, a drink that will be marketed as a healthier alternative to sugary soft drinks – an 11.2 oz can will contain 30 calories and 7 grams of sugar. Initial flavors will include apple, orange, pineapple and grape. Richardson will be the brand’s creative director. The product will launch early 2103 in California. Carter says the idea for Pop Water resulted from the various conversations with the big cola producers’ music initiatives.
We noticed none of the brands had music in their DNA. We felt we could build something with relevance to music and pop culture if we built something from scratch. Whether it’s flying to Kentucky with food scientists or flying around the world sourcing the packaging, the last two years has been an education for us in the beverage space…We’re talking to a bunch of music and pop culture icons who’ve tasted the beverage. We’re gonna have a lot of support behind this…The idea is not to be just an endorsement but to be a part of people’s lives. Endorsements, where they’re just one-offs feels like the artists just got a check for it. For us, we set out to make something that’s a lot healthier than what’s in the market. It’s really hard to get 30 calories to taste good.
Starstruck
Conrad releases her fifth novel Starstruck. The novel is a sequel to her fourth novel Fame Game. Starstruck continues to follow main character Madison and her friends as she navigates Los Angeles and the world of fame.
Honestly the biggest (challenge) was time. A lot of late nights and almost losing it over my laptop, but that was the only thing. It got a little rough.
