Between the Ropes interview
Hardy talks to Between the Ropes about working the independent scene and being his own boss.
This is the most fun I’ve had in wrestling because there’s no pressure, there’s no stress. And I’m not afraid to tell people no. If someone says “we want you to do this” and I’ll go that’s OK, I’m not interested. There’s people that contact me all the time with decent offers and I’ll go I’m not interested. I really am my own boss and it’s nice.
Sportingnews.com interview
Jericho talks to Sportingnews.com about his latest autobiography and why it will appeal to current WWE fans.
This is the first of the books that I’ve done where most of my fans can almost follow along with the bouncing ball because they were there when it happens. They can kind of go back and relive their own experiences of reading these things or and being to go I remember when that happened, I remember when I saw that. It’s the first time that’s happened so I think a lot of people are really able to put this into their own experience because it’s only from the last six, seven years that these stories have been written, even up to the return at the Royal Rumble last year where the book ends. Whether you know all of the stories or some to them, you can relate to your own personal experiences as well.
Liverpool Echo interview
Dallas talks to the Liverpool Echo to discuss NXT and what is special about the brand.
NXT, the developmental system in the WWE today, is so different and so much bigger and better than it’s ever been before. The production values that go into the developmental system and into the NXT show are not much different than Raw and Smackdown. You really get the opportunity to try things yourself and really find yourself. The intimate crowd that NXT has, with the same people coming back, it’s almost like a family.

Entertainment Weekly cover
Streep appears on the cover of Entertainment Weekly in a series of covers to promote Disney’s upcoming musical Into the Woods. Streep plays a witch in the film, which is a twist on Brothers Grimm fairy tales. The film opens in theaters on Christmas Day.
I’ve been offered many witches over the years, starting when I was 40, and I said no to all of them. But this was really fun because it played with the notion of what witches mean. They represented age and ugliness and scary powers we don’t understand. So here’s my opportunity to say, here’s what you wish for when you’re getting old.

Knight talks to Shape Magazine about her workout routine.
Right now we lift three to four times a week. One to two of them are circuits, like body-weight exercises and lighter weights. And then in the summer, it’s more heavy lifting about four times a week. When we get to the season, we just play and do some maintenance.

Ross updates the blog section of his website to discuss mid-card champions and WWE’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.
I still think that creativity as it relates to stunts, etc for this Sunday’s HIAC will be challenging considering that there will be two Hell in a Cell matches on the show both in a PG world. Anxious to see how the creative minds come up with elements that will make the two main events special, different and perceived as ‘dangerous.’
Under the Mat Radio interview
Omega talks to Under the Mat radio about his time in WWE and how Japanese fans would react to TNA.
Not to knock TNA but there’s too much hokey talking and segments that don’t really involve wrestling. Of course everyone in TNA speaks English so if there’s an angle going on they won’t be able to understand it. TNA has a talented roster but when I looked at it seems as if everyone was rushing it’s like the time is given to the talking and when it happens in the ring everyone rushes to the finish. In Japan it’s the opposite when you talk make it quick and tell your story in the match.
Joe Perry interview
Perry appears as a guest on Conan and talks about some difficult moments during his time off from Aerosmith, including selling his rare 1959 Les Paul, which ends up in the hands of his good friend, Slash.
I knew it was getting in the way of our friendship. I said “I will never ask you about it again, man. If you ever want to sell it back, just give me a call, whatever but I won’t bug you about it”. And at my 50th birthday, Cheap Trick was playing. They came in to play. And I sat in with them and in the middle of the set my guitar tech walks up and hands me this guitar. And it was the guitar and Slash gave it to me.
Yahoo Sports interview
McMahon talks to Yahoo Sports about Susan G. Komen and WWE facing competition.
think competition is always healthy, but what we look at as competition is everything out there —all entertainment and sports programming because we really are such a unique hybrid — there’s nothing like us in the world. Monday Night Football is a competitor to Monday Night RAW. Yes, I think competition is incredibly healthy, no matter where it comes from.
CBS DC interview
Jericho talks to CBS DC about when he will return for another run in the WWE.
Over the last four of five years my schedules and dates surround Fozzy, and WWE has kind of been not as much of a priority. I still love doing it, but I realize it’s not something I’m going to be doing forever. I realized that years ago. To go back for the European shows, Roman Reigns got hurt, there was some injuries and I always enjoy working overseas. So, it’s kind of just a quick little run. Other than that I don’t know. When this Fozzy tour ends, whenever that may be, if I have time available and the WWE has something interesting for me to do.
The Talk interview
Legendary punk rock singer, Idol chats about his new album, Kings and Queens of the Underground, shares details about his autobiography, Dancing With Myself and other artists sampling his music:
When we initially wrote songs we were doing it just for the moment, just for that moment, just for us to do so you never ever thought about people covering them.
Rolling Stone interview
Reubens discusses bringing back Pee-wee with the release of the Blu-Ray edition of Pee-wee’s Playhouse in an interview with Rolling Stone. Reubens says that a new Pee-wee movie will be announced soon.
It’s been months and months of being right on the verge of being announced…I thought something was going to go public yesterday, actually, and that you’d be the first person I’d be talking about this with. But I’m thinking there will be something made public very soon. It’s going to get made shortly after the new year. I wish I could tell you about it right now, because…I mean, it’s amazing. It’s going to be amazing. It think it first got leaked four years ago or so that the movie was going to be made, and ever since then it’s just been stalling and stalling. So I’m really ready for this to happen. But I’m not kidding: It’s very imminent.
Taylor Swift interview
Swift reveals that she is afraid of sea urchins and being framed for a crime, while promoting her album 1989 on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Look at me, I wouldn’t survive in jail! I think it comes from the fact that I could … look at my phone and see any headline written about me at any time, and it could be the most ridiculously untrue thing.
Gwen Stefani interview
Seacrest interviews Stefani during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her collaboration with Pharrell Williams.

Interview magazine cover
LaBeouf appears on the November cover of Interview magazine. LaBeouf discusses his relationship with his father and his recent behavior.
I’m not a very intelligent person, and you’ve got to be a f–king genius to learn from other people’s mistakes, because you’ve got to be a very smart man to learn from your own. You’re only as good as your last thing, and I’m only thinking about the next thing. I’ve been a runner my whole life, running from myself. Whether to movies or drinking and drugging or f–king calamity or whatever it is, I’ve always been running. I’m a dude who loves delusion. It’s why I love being an actor—I never have to actually look at myself or be faced with my s–t or take responsibility. So it’s been an eye-opening thing to have to look at myself, at my life, and have these reflective moments.
People cover
Swift appears on the cover of a October 2014 issue of People magazine. She talks about this year and being single.
I made the decision to spend time on my own and figure out who I am. When you take the other person out of the scenario and you’re walking through life on your own, you end up figuring out what you actually like without anyone else’s input. I’m not too worried about whether I meet someone. I’m going to be happy either way.
