Digital Spy interview
Jericho talks to Digital Spy about Sting, CM Punk and Paul Heyman in WWE.
Personally I don’t really have any opinions either way. If he (Sting) comes to the WWE, good for him, it’s great. I saw him a couple of times in TNA and you know pretty much what he can do at this point in time. He is a legend and to have him come to the WWE for the first time would be great, but after a week or two what’s he going to do there?
Martin Short interview
Short returns to Conan and chats with O’Brien about his disdain for telemarketers and opinion on fellow-Torontian, Rob Ford. He also regales the audience with stories of parties that he’s attended including an anecdote about Nick Nolte. On his story-telling ability:
I can remember all dates. I was telling someone just the other day, I have this strange thing where I can remember dates. I know exactly what I was doing the third month into my 27th year.
Mary Lynn Rajskub interview
Williams interviews Mary Lynn Rajskub and asks questions about her TV show 24. When questioned about how the TV show 24 came back on the air after being off air for four years Rajskub says:
I love how you are suspicious about it. Like how the hell did that happen? I spent the first two years after we wrapped up season eight kinda thinking the movie might happen. A lot of people talked about there’s a movie script out there and then I kinda forgot about it case closed. I went on with my life doing stand up comedy. But I only went on the road for the past two years and then 24 comes back and its like back to the drama put the comedy away.
Wynn: Clooney ‘money coddled’
In a Bloomberg TV interview Steve Wynn denys he ever insulted Obama and says Hollywood celebrities “live in a very strange bubble of their own.”
They’re money coddled, they’re highly privileged, We are talking about successful artists like George, Barbra Streisand … they live in a relatively small world, the people around them are very solicitous and caring of them. They have a worldview that is therefore ‘Everything should be given to everybody’ because everything has been given to them.
Wynn also said that as a billionaire businessman, he has a broader perspective than Clooney.
You have to protect the enterprise in order to take care of the employees. So therefore, you can’t be wasteful, you can’t squander things or you jeopardize people. Running a business gives you a sense of compassion that is defined in different terms than someone who just thinks of themselves as generous.
Collider interview
O’Brien is interviewed on set for Collider and talks about how his haircut almost cost him the role, the pressure of the role, and his friendship with co-stars. On his on-screen rivalry with Poulter:
It’s actually uncomfortable! We’re so funny. Even tonight, what we’re doing right now. We wrestle. He’s vicious. He’s scowling. He’s the antagonist of the movie and I’m the protagonist. Wes always says we’re opposite sides of the same coin, so we’re always supposed to be butting heads. Even after every take, he’ll go, “Are you okay?” I’ll go, “Yeah, are you?” He’ll go, “Yeah, but oh, I hit your knee!” And I go, “Yeah, my knee is fine! But how’s your elbow?” It’s just hilarious. We’re buddies off screen, as we all are.
McCaleb never met Karpeles, lost “around $50,000” in site collapse
The original founder of the site explains his relationship with Karpeles in an interview with Ars Technica.
I met [Karpeles] I think on bitcointalk.org. The Bitcoin community was very small at that time and I asked him to do some software development for me. He did that task and I was looking for someone else to run Mt. Gox so I could focus on other things. We discussed the possibility of him buying Mt. Gox from me and I ended up selling it to him in 2011.
I have not had any involvement with Mt. Gox other than as a minority shareholder since early 2011 when I sold it to Mark Karpeles, whom I have never even met in person,” he said. “It is my understanding that Mark also rewrote the entire codebase sometime in 2011 shortly after the sale and none of my code remained in use. Aside from the sale, I have never received any distributions or profits from Mark
McCaleb also tells Ars he lost around $50,000 (held in dollars, not bitcoins) when the exchange closed.

N-word apology
Clarkson begs for viewers forgiveness after he appears to use N-word during filming of an episode of TV series, Top Gear.
Ordinarily I don’t respond to newspaper allegations but on this occasion I feel I must make an exception. A couple of years ago I recorded an item for Top Gear in which I quote the rhyme “eeny, meeny, miny, moe”. Of course, I was well aware that in the best-known version of this rhyme there is a racist expression that I was extremely keen to avoid. The full rushes show that I did three takes. In two, I mumbled where the offensive word would normally occur and in the third I replaced it altogether with the word teacher. Now when I viewed this footage several weeks later I realized that in one of the mumbled versions if you listen very carefully with the sound turned right up it did appear that I’d actually used the word I was trying to obscure. I was mortified by this, horrified. It is a word I loathe and I did everything in my power to make sure that that version did not appear in the program that was transmitted…I have here the note that was sent at the time to the production office and it says:
I didn’t use the N-word here but I’ve just listened through my headphones and it sounds like I did. Is there another take that we could use?
Please be assured I did everything in my power to not use that word, as I’m sitting here begging your forgiveness for the fact my efforts obviously weren’t quite good enough, thank you.

Mendes appears on the cover of the May 2014 issue of Flare magazine. She talks about her favorite film actresses, body conscious clothes, and why she hates skinny jeans.
I’m always in dresses, in skirts—I think they’re so easy. People are always saying, ‘I love jeans, they’re so casual and easy,’ but I think jeans aren’t easy. They’re my worst nightmare.

Then he came back with another piece that read, Marry. Then Donnie walked in wearing a t-shirt that said,Me? He was carrying the ring, he got down on his knee in front of Evan, and I said yes.
British GQ cover
Kerr appears on the cover of the May 2014 issue of British GQ magazine. She talks about exploring bisexuality, dating, and her sex life.
The older I get, the more confident I am about asking for things I enjoy. One thing I’ve noticed is now that I’m having less sex my body isn’t as toned. The more sex I have, the more defined my arms and stomach get. Orlando and I always had great chemistry. One-night stands aren’t my thing. I made Orlando wait for six months until I even kissed him.

Fashion cover
Lorde appears on the cover of the May 2014 issue of Fashion magazine. She talks about kids today, industry stereotypes, and accomplishing things early.
I’m drawn to women who aren’t painted in history as sweet figures. Patti Smith was prickly. She was frustrated. She didn’t take people’s sh*t. There’s no better music idol for young women, because there is a lot of pressure for us to be really positive all the time. Every photo shoot I do, I get asked for big smiles, and I shouldn’t have to be that way.
Harper’s Bazaar cover
Moss appears on the cover of the May 2014 issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine. She talksa bout her biggest style critic, what she’s better at now, and her style mentors.
I didn’t really have a mentor, but I have always definitely been inspired by the ’70s—the Stones, Patti Smith, Anita Pallenberg…
Interview cover
Depp appears on the cover of the May 2014 issue of Interview magazine. He talks about his role in Transcendence, reality TV, and his musical approach to acting.
I still approach a scene as one would approach a solo. There’s nothing set or pat. I don’t know what the f-ck’s going to happen until I get in there. Just like when you’re in the booth and you’re playing a guitar solo, you don’t exactly know how you’re going to phrase this or that. Which I think is beautiful. That idea of chance.
Glow cover
Seyfried appears on the cover of the May 2014 issue of Glow magazine. She talks about being the face of Givenchy, her fragrance, and Givenchy matching her style.
You can wear a big overcoat and flat shoes, and still feel super-feminine, and that’s so hard to pull off. [Givenchy] takes classic pieces and f—s them up in such a cool way. Riccardo’s daring and I feel daring in them. It’s empowering.
Interview cover
Fanning appears on the cover of the May 2014 issue of Interview magazine. She talks about applying for college, her dream career, and Marilyn Monroe.
I was 7 when I first saw a picture of her. I didn’t know that she was such a big icon. But I would just look at her and I was mesmerized. She was beautiful and so … truthful. She’s not faking it. If she’s having a terrible day when the picture was taken, she’ll show that she’s really depressed and having a terrible day. You can see it in her eyes. There are all the layers behind it.
