Seacrest interviews Meyers during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him on hosting the Emmy Awards show.
It’s coming to together well. We’re starting to lock in our ideas and write our jokes and we’re really looking forward to it. For someone like me who can’t sing or dance, the open is pretty much where we feel as though I can make the biggest impact, so that’s the biggest part for us: To have a strong monologue and just write a ton of jokes.
Seacrest interviews Rexha during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about the inspiration for her single I Can’t Stop Drinking About You.
I went to a bar one night with my friends and we went drinking and he [my ex] had called me to backpedal and I told him to leave me alone and that I was drinking about him. That’s how the song was inspired.
Seacrest interviews Manganiello during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about how he started actually dating his celebrity crush Sofia Vergara. In an earlier interview with People magazine Manganiello revealed Sofia Vergara as his celebrity crush.
When the magazine came out by that time we were seeing each other and when I got the magazine and opened it up and read it, I forgot I said that. She was laughing at me. She thought that I was crazy for having said that out loud or said it in the magazine, but you know, I guess it worked.
Seacrest interviews Harrison during On Air With Ryan Seacrest. During the interview Seacrest questions Harrison on how a crew member had a secret affair with one of the contestants of Bachelor In Paradise and broke both his legs jumping from a balcony trying avoid detection.
It’s only fitting that his last name was Putz. It fits so well. As you saw last night, it was great when we interviewed him in the hospital bed, both his legs are in a cast, and we said, Can we get your first and last name? We thought, How can we make this so grandiose and crazy as to encapsulate the bizarre behavior that just took place? It was hysterical.
Seacrest interviews Ora during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about the meaning behind her song I Will Never Let You Down.
It’s basically a love song you can dance to. I wrote this with a really special person, and it was the first time I ever kind of opened my doors up for somebody I knew personally. So, this song was written out of love and I [liked it], it was convenient for the time it was written. But you know, people move on and move forward, but the song still has the same message.
Seacrest interviews Hough during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about his book Taking the Lead: Lessons From a Life in Motion.
I was kind of reflecting on my life and certain experiences, and you know when I’m teaching and coaching my partners on Dancing With the Stars, I sort of use those stories and anecdotes to help them sort of overcome certain fears explains Derek. For me, it was sort of a natural thing to do. They’re lessons to be learned and also to be re-learned. I just wanted to share that.
Seacrest interviews Parrish during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her on reporting at the Teen Choice Awards.
It’s going to be fun. I’m very excited! I’m gonna get my host face on and it’s going to be a party. I’m going to work on that tonight, I’m going to compile things.
Seacrest interviews Reid during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her on role in Sharknado 2.
It’s crazy. We never even thought 1 would come to 2. Originally, it was called Dark Skies, so I thought, ‘It doesn’t sound that bad.’ Then all of a sudden, a week into the movie, they say it’s going to be called Sharknado, I thought to myself, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me. They were like, ‘Just trust us, it’s going to work.’ And in the end, it worked. They knew. It wouldn’t have worked if it was Dark Skies.
Seacrest interviews Radcliffe during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about his role in the movie What If.
I’ve had friendships, which have evolved into relationships. This movie is not so much like, ‘Can a man and woman be friends?’ as, ‘Is it right is it sane or healthy to ever live in total denial of your own feelings for somebody?’ [In What If] I meet this girl, fall in love with her, she has a boyfriend, but she makes me so happy that I’m just like, ‘Okay, well I’ll just hang around with her because she makes me happy than anyone else does’.
Seacrest interviews Holmes during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about her role in the film The Giver.
It’s about this alternate reality where it’s this community where people take injections everyday to numb their emotions, and they live in a very structured, yet sterile environment. And I play the mother of Jonas, who is selected to be the receiver of actual real human memories. It’s a powerful movie because you see visually, this world that’s such a bubble, yet safe, and then you watch this character experience such euphoria, but also such extreme pain.
Seacrest interviews Arnett during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him on his role in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
My kids were and still currently are still obsessed with the Turtles and they watch the Nickelodeon animated show all day every day not all day, I’m not a terrible dad. So when this came up, I was like, ‘This is something that I can do that they will find interesting and we can kind of share together.’ It was a total no-brainer.
Seacrest interviews Winfrey during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about The Life You Want Tour.
So the tour is really what I really wanted to do all those years on The Oprah Show, guys. My favorite shows were shows at the end where I knew people had big ah-ha moments for themselves. So, it’s The Life You Want Weekend is really just one great ah-ha after another with me taking some of my thought leaders like Iyanla Vanzant and Elizabeth Gilbert and Deepak Chopra along with me to help people step into their life, you know, to be more mindful, to take control — all that good stuff.
Seacrest interviews Schilling during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about her role in Orange Is The New Black.
I think a lot of people don’t realize that she’s a real person. And here’s the thing, the show at this point is definitely inspired by her memoir we go rogue big time. But it’s certainly inspired by it and the first season, what specifically was happening with Piper’s character is lifted directly from Piper’s life experience it’s like a beautiful flavor to the piece.
Seacrest interviews Richie during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about the expression ‘Bye Felicia’.
I thought I was the last one to know.
Seacrest interviews Chavez during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about her Hot Seat invention.
My mom owns a home child care, so I’ve been around kids my whole life. And I heard the stories about children being left in hot cars so often, I thought there had to be a way to stop that from happening it can happen. Parents get busy, they have a lot on their mind. If the baby is quiet or sleeping in the backseat, it makes it even more likely it could happen.
Seacrest interviews Minaj during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about her single Anaconda.
We were in the studio in L.A. I was in one room, they were in the other they said, ‘Okay, let’s see what we can do.’ And I walked back in the studio and I said, ‘Oh my God, this is exactly the feel I was going for’ because it was fun. I wanted to have fun, I wanted to have something for girls to dance to in the club, and to me it worked in every way possible.
Seacrest interviews Trout during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about the Dodgers rivalry.
Our goal is to get to the playoffs. We always travel 30 minutes from our field and it’s always a big rivalry for sure. The fans are always involved. I love it. I live in Newport, can’t complain, 70 degrees every day by the beach.
Seacrest interviews Viall during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about why he reveled to the world that Andi Dorfman had sex with him.
I was as surprised as anyone that I said it. But it’s something that was weighing on me from the time it ended, and I think I was a little taken back by her demeanor. She felt a little cold, she knew how I felt about her, so it was hurtful
Seacrest interviews Hawke during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about his film, Boyhood.
We did a little big every year. I went to Austin and we’d rehearse and workshop and meet the kids again and see what was going on in their lives we’d shoot for three or four days and then I’d go away for a year. And we’d find time to meet again the next year.
Seacrest interviews Martin during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about how he stays friends with pending divorce with Gwyneth Paltrow.
I’m not the best interviewee on this kind of thing, but we’re friends and proud parents. There’s lots of love, and that’s it.
Seacrest interviews Ziering during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about his role in the film Sharknado 2.
It’s such a fun movie! It’s ridiculous fun. People really respond to this kind of entertainment, who knew? Certainly I didn’t. But the anticipation was so great due to the success of the first movie that they aired it in 90 countries all within 24 hours.
Seacrest interviews Fifth Harmony during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions them on the bathroom indecent with T.I.
In the studio, there’s this gym that no one really goes in. I just go in there because I’m a little hermit crab. The lights are off and I was listening to my music. T.I. comes in, but I was, like I didn’t say anything. And he goes in and he leaves the bathroom door open and he starts peeing. I was like, ‘Hey, I should probably let you know someone is in here right now.’ And he came out and he was like, ‘I’m so sorry, man.’
Secrest interviews 5 Seconds Of Summer during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions them about their fans’ reaction to their North American Tour.
Some of them were quite calm. Some of them were kind of worried that they weren’t actually going to get their tickets because we had no idea what we were doing.
Seacrest interviews Diesel during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about his role in the film Guardians Of The Galaxy.
Can you believe even my tree has abs? I’m a flora colossus. I’m a monarch on Planet X. It is kind of cool to be challenged enough to play a character I’ve been acting all my life and I don’t think the thought ever crossed my mind that someone would ask me to play a three-word monosyllabic tree. It was kind of a cool challenge because anyone who has read the comics he actually says a lot of different things … and those who are oblivious to the nuances to his speech can hear ‘I Am Groot’.
Seacrest interviews Smith during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about what his guilty pleasure TV show is.
I don’t know if its guilty. I love Sex In The City. I liked Hanna Montana.
Seacrest interviews Baker during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him on his views of the Beyonce, Jay-Z divorce rumors.
No one has that [information]. In fact, Jay-Z and Beyonce have been making fun of the rumors of them breaking up, and also, maybe she’s looking for the two of them. Or she can just be buying an investment property. The bottom line is that there’s no story here.
Seacrest interviews Tyler during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about how he met his husband.
I feel like people’s minds go to a naughty place. It actually was [even] in the locker room at the gym. We were both fully clothed, I will say that. I feel like people’s eyebrows would kind of go up when, you know, I would say that we met at the gym.
Seacrest interviews Jessie J during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her on her collabration with Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande.
It feels like a real fresh start and having Ariana and Nicki on it is just a blessing. I just can’t wait to take it around American like a little present in my pocket, like, ‘Here ya go. Let’s sing it and listen it.’ It’s a really exciting time.
Seacrest interviews Andi and Josh Open during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions them about how they got engaged.
I was very nervous the whole day before. I knew I wanted to propose to her. I knew I wanted to make her my fiancee and essential wife. When the day actually gets there, it’s nerve-racking for sure.
Seacrest interviews Donovan during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him on how he broke his nose.
I’ve got one of those noses it doesn’t matter what you do to it. We were shooting in one of those fabulous architectural houses that have glass everything. It was just one of those days you’re walking around with your head down, then all of a sudden blam there was blood everywhere. And I looked up at the glass wall and there was this wonderful, huge Rorschach imprint of my nose and grease on the glass.
Seacrest interviews Lovato during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about the dream she had with Seacrest in it.
I wanted to make sure you were okay. I had this dream and first of all, we were football players on the same team and we were in the locker room and you were crying to me and you were asking for girl advice.
Seacrest interviews Cox during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about how it feels to be nominated for an Emmy award.
That is insane, right? I’m like a black transgender woman from Mobile, Alabama, raised by a single mother nominated for an Emmy I can’t even believe it.

This is actually the first movie I’ve been in that I was super excited to be a part of. I was dancing when I found out that I got the part.
Seacrest interviews Spelling during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about co-staring in the sitcom Mystery Girls with ex coworker Jennie Garth.
We’re even closer [than ever]. I can’t believe we’ve known each other for over 20 years. She’s truly like my sister. And the fact that we get to work together everyday again, it’s kismet. It’s all come full circle.
Seacrest interviews 5 Seconds Of Summer during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions them about how the band got together. Irwin:
The hardest point was early days. I finished school before these guys and the hardest part was getting them out of school to be in a band. Like I had to go steal them from school in my car willingly.
Seacrest interviews Hudson during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about her role in the film Wish I Was Here.
For me it was really relatable complicated relationships with parental figures and being at a point in your life when you’re in your 30s and your’e looking at everything and it’s time to step up and grow up, infused with lots of good humor and Zach’s style and aesthetic. I thought what a wonderful thing to be a part of.
Seacrest interviews Ludacris for On Air With Ryan Seacrest. Seacrest questions Ludacris about the late actor Paul Walker‘s brothers and how they helped with Walker’s remaining film lines for Fast & Furious 7.
They helped out. I’m not at liberty to tell you how, but I can tell you they definitely helped out. We were about 75 percent done shooting the movie before Paul passed away, so there were just some things we needed to do in order to finish the movie, and we made it happen.
Seacrest interviews Richie during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about why her hair is blue.

Seacrest interviews Gomez during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about how she spoke up against bullying on twitter, after a fan wished she would get cancer.
Honestly, I don’t speak up much because it’s simply always taken out of context. But I don’t take bullying well. I have seen too much to not say anything.
Seacrest interviews Rimes and Cibrian during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks them why they started a reality TV show.
There’s been so much craziness in the past five years. People have used what they think is our lives for entertainment. We caved eventually because we have turned down many offers to do something like this. This felt right with the right producers and VH1. We wanted to make a comedy. Eddie and I both, we laugh about a lot of things. I think that’s how we cope with a lot of this stuff. It’s about time to getting on with it and laughing about it. With this show, you get to see how we are with each other.
Seacrest interviews Dorfman during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about the Fantasy Suite episode of The Bachelorette.
The dynamic of it is really the cameras go away. All the producers go away, all the cameras go away, and it is you and that person in whatever magical suite or house you’re in that evening. So it really is as true as they say it is. Nothing’s recorded everyone goes away and it’s just the two of ya’ll.
Seacrest interviews Derulo during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about his single Trumpet.
It’s about how beautiful my lady is. Whenever I see her, she walks in the room, I hear symphonies in my head.
Seacrest interviews Sheeran during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him on what it was like to work with Hilary Duff.
The only time I was available was 1 a.m. and she was a trooper. She came in, she vocaled it, and yeah, I’m very, very happy with the results. And I hope she is too!
Seacrest interviews Thicke during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him on why he made the album Paula.
I didn’t have a choice. I came right off a tour and I had all these songs and all these ideas and feelings in my heart. And I went right into the studio. I wrote all the songs in about three weeks and we recorded the album in about a month. Obviously all the songs were about her or about how I feel about her. A lot of songwriters have done this kind of thing before. They won’t tell you in the title or they’ll be suggestive I was just like, ‘There’s no reason to hide who this is about.’ It’s all about her.
Seacrest interviews Knightley during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks her if she will start a singing career now that she has played a singer in the film Begin Again with Adam Levine.
No, not really. Never done it before. I had done it a little bit in a film about eight years ago, and I forgot that I found that completely terrifying and I found this completely terrifying, as well.
Seacrest interviews Songz during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about why he sent roses to Nicki Minaj.
I actually met Nicki before either of us had the fame or success that we did down in Atlanta. And she told me she was a rapper and I was on my second album. She just had this look about her. You know, Nicki’s Nicki, she’s gorgeous. I’m looking at her like, ‘Damn, who is this beautiful girl?’ and she’s like, ‘No, I’m a rapper. This isn’t that.’
Seacrest interviews McCarthy during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about her latest film Tammy, which she wrote with her husband.

Seacrest interviews Kesha during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about her new boyfriend.
I do, not like physically covered in dirt, but I just like them to be beardy and long hair and look like a little homeless. I like guys who look like they don’t groom themselves. I’m not into guys who are very high-maintenance. I don’t want them to take longer to get ready than me.
